Hello Dexter, A really good video! The hood over the azolla does hinder the process of it's growth What the point is, to be able to grow massively a natural product, in an trial, and error system. When you are able to make a huge investment in a bio-dome style growth system, or just a hand tended that must be constantly tended. A bio dome can have artificial lights that are on a timer, to have a predictable production. Like in hemp production, i refer you to a farm that is all indoor production of hemp, it is called, Acres Upon Acres, it is about this kind of production. It was great to see Gino again, he does have his sense of humor with you has he ran off! For the ducks, growing them is easier than providing them a secure area to live in.
