I am presently utilizing the DJI Pocket2 and am thoroughly pleased with its features, however, it is still incapable of reducing the shaking effect when I carry it in my hand or attach it to my backpack's shoulder strap. In comparison, the Feiyu appears to be more efficient in stabilizing the motion when walking. Your review and demonstration were impressive

I’m currently using the DJI Pocket2. Love everything about it except that it still can’t cancel out the bobbing when I’m walking with it in my hand or attached to my backpack shoulder strap. The Feiyu seems to be doing a much better job of stabilizing the walking motion. Great demo and review👍🇨🇦

Excellent camera - except that the footage looks to have a green/yellow tint, making the sky look oddly greenish-blue and everything else a bit too yellow. Can you change the colour profile to be more natural?

Hi Gene, Good video showing real world use. Love your story and passion. Subbed! How does the IQ compare with the ZV1? Was thinking if you had it clipped onto a magnet and a headband or cap, anywhere you move your eyes and head, the 2S would follow. And the wires would run behind your ears and through armpit to the armband to hold the gimbal body, then you’re hands free. Can you let me know how long is the cord and is it replaceable if it breaks?

Brilliant mod idea! The cord is 3 feet, feels strong not thin. If it's under warranty should you break it they'll fix it. I could probably repair it myself I'm pretty handy. Let me know how it goes for you, sounds cool!

Love the ZV1. I use it for certain purposes. It has an awesome 'product showcase' mode, in many of my videos you'll see me hold up a small object in front of the camera and it instantly focuses on that object and not my face. It has quite a bit of crop using it's highest level of stabilization so best to use it with the gimbal I showed. It has a hotshoe mount so perfect to mount external mic. One problem is I can see the display screen if wearing polarized sunglasses so you can see me always having to look over my glasses. It also has a very good built in mic and many other modes and features. I got it as the kit with the tripod grip that also has remote buttons to control it. Like my Canon M50, it has it's place in the mix. Cheers!

Here’s the math for the ZV-1 crop without using the gimbal for portability and convenience or use a tripod like the mantispod, little expensive but solid for vlogging) (Credits: Peter Trub and Over-X-poser comments on Kasey’s video) UltraHD 24p crop: 1.094 Active stabilization: 1.185 Combined: 1.094 x 1.185 = 1.29639 ZV-1 sensor size: 13.2mm x 8.8mm FF sensor size: 36mm x 24mm Crop factor for ZV-1 to FF (ff/ZV-1): 36/13.2 = 24/8.8 = 30/11 = 2.727 ZV-1 Crop with 24p + active stabilization: 9.4mm x 1.29639 x 2.727 = 33.2mm FF-equivalent 25.7mm x 1.29639 x 2.727 = 90.9mm FF-equivalent Zomei has a 0.45x wide adapter that makes it: 33.2mm x 0.45 = 14.94mm FF-equivalent 90.9mm x 0.45 = 40.905mm FF-equivalent Ulanzi has a 0.75x wide adapter that makes it: 33.2mm x 0.75 = 24.9mm FF-equivalent 90.9mm x 0.75 = 68.175mm FF-equivalent. I have both and the Ulanzi doesn’t degrade the quality. I use the lensmate adapter so I can add more magnetic filters from freewell One more thing, for long battery life you have the Ulanzi BG-2 (6800mAh but oldest model with a 1/4” female thread at bottom to add a tripod), the BG-4 (newer 5000mAh with tripod but not removable), and BG-3 (newer 10,000mAh with a 1/4” female thread at bottom to add a tripod, but biggest size). I use the older model BG-2 but looking at the other two. Stay safe!

*mindblown* This little pocket gimbal is amazing! The picture quality is amazing. The mic sounded good...although I like your idea on the mic. The image stability did an amazing job! Love how you can have it follow you while you talk/record. That magnet does an amazing job - I was shocked it did't fall off on those bumpy roads/bridge. What an awesome product/device.

Amazing what they have been able to do with cameras now. Interesting side by sides. This is a very neat camera but the coloration of it can you adjust that? Very interested in this camera.

Nice review. Looks like FeiyuTech has brought out a product to easily compete with the DJI Pocket 2. The 2S is handling the highlights pretty well, but not sure if that requires jacking up the shutter speed or not? Can you share your experience? Otherwise, appreciated the beautiful views of A1A, Riverside, and the Eau Gallie Causeway. Those teal skies look pretty amazing.

Thank you! I found that the auto settings handle the deep contrast of these shots, (which were around high noon...the worst time to shoot), very well. Even better than the Sony ZV1, which I should have dialed in a better aperture on because it wasn't handling the midday contrast very well at all. I'll still need to do some more testing in FYlog, and manual to see if it can be improved even more. Also, Feiyu said they'll send me the external audio cable once they get it stateside, the built in audio is just not going to work for me, I'll have to record separately and sync in post. Yes I love this area of the East coast, lots of options in regard to fun on the water and restaurants. I grew up surfing here and imagined I would be settling back here for good at some point. Love our Gov!

Very nice video thanks buy I don't agree with Feiyutech what a joke cable attachment with the technology they have today they can do that through bluetooh I can do that without a cable wirh my 360 on top of the car with a little magnetic base and from inside my car windows closed I connect my cell to the camera changing menu etc they need to learning a little more they have today
