Welcome to Quebec! Audrey Beauchemin decided to settle in Minganie, the most sparsely populated region on the northern coast of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Michel Béland is a trapper, a giant of a man who talks to trees and understands the language of wild animals. (I love this guy) The Cirque Alfonse is the brainchild of Antoine Carabinier. “Timber”, their latest show, is inspired by the legends and lore of the lumberjacks and logging camps.

Quebec's untamed beauty and the spirits of its people shine brightly in this documentary. From Audrey's adventurous spirit to Michel's trapper's wisdom and the Carabinier family's captivating circus, it's a journey into the heart of Quebec's wilderness and culture. Thank you for this enriching exploration.

I was born and bred in Poland but for the last 14 years been living in NYC. Being an outdoors kind of person I was always in love with Canada and the untouched wilderness it has to offer. Also it kind-of reminds me of home, just in XL size. Hopefully I will be able to visit soon.

You'll fall in love! America is beautiful, but Canada is next-level gorgeous! I've only been to the southernmost parts of British Columbia, but I can attest to its incredible scenery. I never fell in love with San Francisco when I went there, but I definitely left my heart in Vancouver, B.C.

Beautiful country! My family has a summer home on Admiralty Island , Alaska.. I’ve never had the chance to go that far north in Quebec but I’m sure you guys all know what I’m talking about when I say there’s nothing like the great North.. it was kind of a shellshocked for all of us when we spent our first summer out there five years ago. When you’re that far north, you feel like you’re on a different planet..
