The problem with oldies is we need to access the bathroom multiple times throughout the night. So as not to climb over each other we need a different kind of bed. But we are looking and researching.

Finally a real carpenter makes a van! Beautiful. I can attest to the comfort of driving a Ram 2500 after putting 50K miles on ours the past 3 summers. Same thoughts on windows.

Awesome build out. Did you lift the van and put suspension on it?

Hi Gabriel, Yes we put a 3 inch OHV lift, including Sumo springs in the rear and went one size larger on the tires. We did this for both the look and better ground clearance since we have water tanks and a furnace under the van.

I don't get putting in windows that open for fresh air but you cover them up at night , if the windows are tented and it's dark and your going to sleep and the light's are off who can see you makes no sense

Hi Teresa, Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, the window tinting only works during the day light. At night if you turn any lights on, people can still see you.

Sure thing...sorry for late reply! The tires are BFGoodrich All-Terrain K02's 245/75R16 so slightly larger than stock. The wheels are Black Rhino Bandolier 16x8.

Love the build...my wife and I are in the process of selling our class C RV, and have been wanting to have a van built. Your design allows you to either be on grid or off grid which is exactly what we are looking for. From the lifted chassis, all terrain tires, shower / toilet, dinette /bed combo, low profile air-conditioner, etc...you have thought it all out very well. What is the Wheel base on Adam? Hi Homer, Thanks for all the compliments! The wheelbase on ADAM is 159" with 12' of cargo/living space. We can build on any platform (Ram promaster/Ford Transit/Mercedes Sprinter etc.) ADAM is considered a High roof, but in 2023 Ram came out with a Super High roof! Hi Kevin, There is no age limit for owning a Class B, but to operate, in most states you must be 16 years of age to get a basic drivers license. No special license required.

Hi, the fuel economy averages about 15mpg give or take. I think the towing capacity is roughly 6000lbs.
