We did I shot the sheriff/road to Zion/hip hop song and that's it. I myself reacted to chalk outlines before Barbie came on the channel. She watched the music video on that one. She loved them both. What 2 songs would you recommend from the band and Ren and Chinchilla?

Make sure you check out the live acoustic version. It came out after the video. It was me who had asked you to look out for the building, and Yes you got it! Also it was based from Animal Farm as mentioned below. The writings on the wall at the beginning are from the book. All the people in the video for the most part are just local folks that they had put out a message on social media to come with a mask. There is one more video that you may find the part of the same building. Before his treatment in Canada, he had raised money to have stem cell done in L.A. Where he stayed with a family that was going through the same procedure. Loved the reaction you two are great.

Thanks. It feels like I won a gameshow challenge spotting it LOL. I never heard of this book. Barbie is actually going to order the book. She's reading up about it and said he mentioned the pigs names from the book in the song. It was such a fun song to react to. Another comment said it also referenced willy Wonka and if that's true I can totally see that now. Especially with the beat. We're definitely gonna have to check out the acoustic version. This song as someone else has pointed out is based on the famous George Orwell book Animal farm with bits of Willy Wonka The Shining and other films. It's also a statement regarding his current protein only diet due to his stem cell treatment, his diet is very restrictive.

So me and Barbie were actually at the orthopedic office for her shoulder and we watched a short video of Ren discussing the meat diet. The one with the pills in his mouth. I just didn't put the 2 together. I really like all the different meanings in his songs and videos. I never heard of the book but we're going to read it. It's got lots of positive reviews and different meanings in the storyline. Thanks for the info on the song. We had a blast reacting to it and thanks for the Comment ❤️😁

Wrong....if you have watched his interview with Knox Hill Ren says it was not based on the book originally but as they were working through it they realized it had similar features as the book and decided just prior to filming it to add them in.

Kubrick clockwork orange, Orwell animal farm, willy Wonka and a long list of movie and art references but the end scene is straight out of clockwork orange

The building in this Vid is 'The Ivy' on Ship Street in Brighton. it's the same street that most of the Big Push and Ren and Sam Tomkins busking vids take place. I'm not sure if it's the same building used in Jenny & Screech.

The video is based on Animal Farm the book which is about animals at a farm taking over after being sick of being treated badly by the farmer, there are other references in there too but that’s the main one

Cracks me up that you are watching 'Animal Flow' after 'Hi Ren'. Normally, folks go the 'Sick Boi' route then 'Money Game I and II'. I suggest 'Love Music 1, 2 and 3', however 'Love Music 4' is a bit sexually explicit and is truly amazing. 'Animal Flow' is mildly based on Orwel's 'Animal Farm' and has influence from '1984'. At the beginning of the video the 7 rules for animals are written on the white board.

Yeah it was a pick of the draw LOL. Sick boi is coming real soon. We're actually ordering animal farm to see what it's about. We've never heard of it before. People have said to do some older Ren before his newer stuff to get a base of info on him. So you suggest Love Music, all parts next? Those have been highly recommended as well. We were told to just pick a song and enjoy the ride LOL. Thanks for the insight and would appreciate if you could let me know what you think.
