Beauregard: pink skin and orange flesh
Georgia jets: Orangey red skin and orange flesh

It's gotten super cold out here now in middle Tennessee with below 60° most days. So just even hoping my tomatoes will continue to ripen and then I'm gonna go out and harvest sweet potatoes. I know how exciting it is to dig them out for us who are true gardeners! The joy of the harvest for sure!

If possible it's good to dump the buckets because sweet potatoes go super deep sometimes. Super harvest.😊

Thanks! 😁 Yea I ended up doing that with the grow bags off camera. Total pain to do! I dug out the dirt to the very bottom in the larger containers then put the dirt back in. Didn't want to miss a single one!

I am harvesting sweet potatoes also! Have planted them every year. Just from plants from Lowe's and then as I had leftover smalls I just stuck them in the ground and they started replanting themselves. But I've gotten a huge harvest every year! Just love them! Thanks for your video!
