Amazing Talker Profile Video

This is my AmazingTalker teacher intro video.
AmazingTalker is a platform connecting students who want to learn languages (primarily English) with teachers ready to teach them! Right now, I am choosing AmazingTalker as the next part of my online ESL journey. I hope to have more information for my KZbin followers soon, but in this meantime…my Amazing Talker Intro video (which had to be uploaded to KZbin anyway). ; )

I actually designed that on Canva back when I was teaching for PalFish. I covered up the logo fish and the company name with drawings to make this intro video. 😏 Now I usually use a “green screen” so that I can change up my backdrop.

Hi Brittney. Do Amazing Talker have their own platform one teaches from or do you use Zoom to communicate with students

Hello, Andrew! It’s a bit of both. Because it IS Zoom that you use, but you can enter the classroom directly from the website or app and it puts you in the same zoom call as the student with AT’s paid version of Zoom (so features are available to you that would not be on the separate free account that most of us have). At the same time, you CAN choose to start your own call and send a link if there are problems and some even choose to teach using something other than Zoom (which you are allowed to do as long as all scheduling and payment take place on the AmazingTalker platform). Does that answer your question?

@@shivanibholalkar9563 I am unsure what that is about! As far as I know, you can only use the link from the very beginning. Mine is en.amazingtalker.com/teacher-invitation/MdUYKr27LiLpzsShX5MAgMuL There is also a referral program for bringing in new students (not teachers), but they have to purchase classes within a certain window of time or there is no benefit. I honestly don’t even know how to do that!
