Open sewage with chemicals to make chrome. Bet those guys breathe in Chrome 6 straight from the source 🥲🥲 The welding is better ,yes . But safety is still a big issue 🙄 😕 At those barrels, you should be able to fully submerse an item and use a bath like the first one 🫠 I worked with this equipment before in a non healthy way, I had faulty equipment and no ventilation or a direct negative vacuum hood. The baths weren't maintained, and one was nearly so accidic that it started to eat at the pumps and tub. The other one was anti phosphates bath for a heavy cleaning of steel scales . You could make matches by laying a stick in it 🤨😂😂 that is abad mkay. The worst thing to come is that the guy in charge shrugged it off and said if you can't see it, it'll probably won't do you any harm. My response was a question: Have you ever heard of radiation like in chernobyl? 🤣🤣🤣 Or pain 🤐 I turned around and walked out the door that didn't bite me on my way out 😆

Hard to guess which one had the safest job. Breathing: saw metal, weld fumes, buffing, chrome plating, final buff……little to no protection. The lackadaisical way the plating was done with one hand gloved and the other bare on the phone brought multi-tasking to a new level.
