The fish that he find are from the fish shop or smt. Those are glow fish, they are bred to have bright colours like the green and yellow ones he finds. In the wild, they usually found in the colours brown or black. This video is faked.

You did not find those and most likely bought them and placed them there I know this because there are only 1000 (give or take ) left in the wild and I find it hard to believe that you found them in some tiny pond considering the fact they can only be found in a single lake in Mexico city (Lake Xochimilco to be exact) and from the looks of it you are not even on the same continent. (also those are axolotls that can only be found as pets in a store)
