It's very nice, however I fail to see it's meaning, it's purpose, it doesn't seem to have a lot of depth so I don't think a vase or flower pot would be it's reason, perhaps a lamp base with some extra holes other than that I'm baffled but like I say it is rather eye catching,you certainly have a knack for this type of thing 😁

I get a tourists, or even a local, would find this beautiful. But what are they going to use it for? Not that all art is used, but they bored a hole for a reason, though too shallow for most uses.
