Hello there thanks for the video. Very clarified and helpful. But I'm a little lost now: I have the invitation letter, im ready with visa (don't need one), but im very confused with the buyer badge itself. How can I get it know? On the left menu on: My buyer Badge/Record of applications , I can see my name an "type of application / Pre-application for Buyers Badge" - "Auditing status / To be verified"... So what does that means? I'm ok? Or I need to wait any kind of verification?

you select pre-registration and then you select pick up at Hotel and you can just pick it up when you get there. It's very easy.

You are registered. You now need to apply for your visa. Contact the Chinese consulate closest to you for instructions on how to apply. It can take 2-6 weeks to get your visa I'd recommend you do it now to give yourself plenty of time

You don't need the buyer's badge for your Visa application, you only need the invitation letter. The buyer's badge will come in an email confirmation and then you have to take that physically with you to pick it up in China

You can edit the PDF if you require this information to be on it for your Visa but it's not required
