It took me a while to figure out just from the performance alone that they prerecorded the Deep Fake faces to project. The dancing doesn't entirely match what the singers are doing (the Simon impressionist vs. what the performer singing Wicked actually does). Really clever idea.

Could you imagine seeing this performance? They scan people's faces as they go in to take their seats then randomly pick a few to assign to each song. During the performance you see your face suddenly up on stage singing. It would be so much fun. Plus the vocals are amazing.
