Gio , gave me a good idea when it comes to debit card situation, I will open up a chime account, it’s a international bank account, I will simply transfer money from my main account and put it in that account and that should solve the issue of using a bank card outside of the United States. Thanks and you’re right, getting a phone in the Philippines is one of the first things I will do ( with a post paid account to pay monthly) . I will get surf shark for a VPN .

Month Three in Cebu Business Park: I have a "Low International Fee" ATM Card... Plus my Credit Union Card & a Wise Account. Having multiple Banks Accounts & the ability to move Funds between them is a Good idea.
