First truck I give a week... Second truck - 2 overloads on the housing. 100km until the dirt and welding spatter gets into the bearings and destroys them. Third truck - 1 week or 1 overload, whichever comes first. Fourth truck - 2 weeks or 3 overloads.

On the 2nd vehicle the prop-shaft has a broken flange, with one corner broken right off. They just refitted it with 3 bolts! It will fail catastrophically and could fly across the road.

I guess they never heard of weight limits or tow trucks. You can tell by the break on that front axle that it was cracked long before it broke.

The reason Pakistani trucks constantly have broken axles is because the leaf spring brackets and links are poorly designed. There is a need to look at and improve the structure of Mercedes-Benz, Mann, and Scania trucks. If it is manufactured with such a structure, the leaf spring will not be able to provide proper cushioning action. All the load stress is concentrated on the axle and it is bound to break. Trucks from American, European, and Asian brands rarely have axles broken like that no matter how much they are loaded.
@TelifHakkiVardir
@TelifHakkiVardir 15 күн бұрын
Usually the axle breaks due to excessive load. It has nothing to do with the leaf spring.
@serpent977e
@serpent977e 15 күн бұрын
@@TelifHakkiVardir you don't understand what i mean This does not mean that there is a problem with the leaf spring itself. This means that the structure of the hinge that secures the leaf spring is incorrect. And the only cases where the axle breaks even when overloaded are Pakistani trucks. It is true that the strength of metal materials and heat treatment technology are lower than those of American and European trucks. Even if a tire explodes, the axle never breaks.

@@serpent977e And the only cases where the axle breaks even when overloaded are Pakistani trucks. ??? There are examples even in my country and it is caused by overload.
@serpent977e
@serpent977e 15 күн бұрын
@@TelifHakkiVardir I saw the entire process of a Pakistani truck production plant. The working environment is very poor and the mechanical design is poor. This is the level of the 60s and 70s of today's famous truck brands. The steel material and processing process used are a design that can never achieve durability. It is judged to be the limit of Pakistan's current technological level. The only trucks that have leaf spring hinges installed like that are Pakistani trucks. If you just change the wrong structure, the axle won't break like that. That country is taking the dangerous action of using H-beam steel welded instead of leaf springs so that there is no buffering effect at all in order to increase overload. This is because there is no road traffic safety law.

The hinge must be mounted in a direction that allows the leaf spring to bend and straighten. If the leaf spring is fixed in a parallel direction with such a structure, The leaf spring cannot be straightened in the direction in which it is pressed by the load. A huge load is applied to the frame and axles. Ultimately, the axle that cannot handle the stress breaks first. The leaf spring installation structure of most Pakistani trucks is manufactured in such a wrong way.

Here we go again. Another example of massive over-weigh loading & they are lucky they didn't cause an innocent to be un-alived! That front axle has be cracked badly for ages going by the rusted patch & now its completely broken through. The forces to do this come purely from massive over loading weight.
