Wow! I own a modern body shop with all the latest tools and equipment including a frame straitening machine and two down draft paint booths. These guys did with minimal tools and working outside what we do in a modern facility. I would hire these guys in a minute. Great job fellows!

Does your “modern” shop still using lead as body seam filler? Or perhaps the age old tradition of putting plate steel directly against plate steel then wonder why frame rails brake in half? It’s remarkable what they’re able to do, but when you have a massive population problem, driver safety goes out the window

It really makes me appreciate living in the USA. Imagine living in a country with no raw materials. . . Everything you buy has been hammered back from oblivion because there's nothing new to replace it. Not only will this truck be the same original metal, (now as brittle as my dead grandmother's bones from all the stress hardening) the rims were made from recycled cargo ships and the tires are on their fourth or fifth retread.

These guys are incredible. My only major concern is that there should be basic safety equipment such as dark eye protection for the welder (full face mask better) and respirator for the painter. Also, latex gloves should be worn on all repairs on cars because of the heavy metals such as cadmium which are picked up by rubber tires from engine oil on the pavement etc.
@bcad40662 ай бұрын
