how do you get the stupid t bolts to actually stay??? I have been playing with this for over 2 hours and they simply do not stay.. they do not lock.. they constantly move and fall out before I can do anything. I go to tighten them up and they come out????

What I found is you had to get that plastic washer all the way down to hold it in tight so it won’t spin

Very good. Very happy with them and much easier to get in and out of the truck.
