lol true, i think the point of "wanting them to look small inside" is having enough room inside for them!! :D for ex, a smaller cage would make them appear to look bigger inside and would be uncomfy for the birb

I bought it when it was way cheaper, lucky me🍀😅 But even with current prices still worth it! I've had this cage for my budgies for almost 8 years and it is great and zero rust, i saw your longer review on this and I find it easy to clean.

Yep, so am. I've been a fan of budgies for nearly 70 years, breeding and showing them, I only have 2 now. My budgies wouldn't like that cage, they free-range.

Got a vision cage for my ‘tiel about four years ago and been loving it ever since! Zero rust, easy to clean and most perches have metal washers nowadays so attaching new ones is without fear of bending the bars. Highly recommend!

I use this cage too!! I've had birds for 10+ years now and it has plenty of space if you include free roam hours. It is very wide which is good for birds to fly from one perch to the other, and being tall gives them plenty of exercise as they love to climb. Don't listen to people saying it's too small, these aren't wild budgies that travel for miles, these are far more adapted to indoor living and have no need for migration or searching for water!!

It would benefit you to join a bird club, for budgies, and get some advice on budgies and bird cages. People in the fancy usually make their own cages or get them made to their specifications. The birds will poop in the seed catcher and eat seeds that spill over into the poop. This puts them at risk of infections in their digestive systems, which causes them to go bald round their vent, from cleaning off poo. You'd learn a lot from members of your local budgie club, and get a lot of encouragement.

I like my Vision cages as well BUT - the food doors have a plastic dowel that breaks. All 3 of my Vision cages had all 6 feed door-dowels break. Mine are only 2 years old. You lucked-out not having any issues! ❤

I’m a vet tech and I often recommend this type of cage to people :) They come in a few sizes, anything from travel and temporary cages to Longterm stands. Simple to put together, easy to clean, always looks good.

The only thing I didn't like about the " Vision" cage was you have to detache the whole cage to clean the bottom . It would be much easier if it was a tray like all others.

Ok, so the seed catcher part is quite good, but this cage is quite expensive and the worst thing is that it cannot be delivered here...😢 So, I can't order this, but I do have a large cage with less functional properties obviously, but it just costs me 30$ and it's quite spacious for my budgies, so I think it's quite a good deal, but do tell if there are any good toys for budgies that can possibly be delivered in India...

I have a medium one of those for my green cheek (he's out of the cage most of the day and only goes in there for eating and sleeping), and I have a large one for my budgies for when I go on vacation and my family watches them. (Its also currently a quarantine cage for my bird who came down with psittacosis.) Both great cages. But my budgies are otherwise in a 5×3 foot flight cage.

I strongly believe a green cheek needs a bigger cage than this, regardless of how much out of cage time they get. If you have it in your budget or find a nice flight cage secondhand, at least consider upgrading.

@@Everything_Animal I do have a bigger cage and was planning on moving him to that once my sick bird is finished with her quarantine. In the meantime the door to his cage is almost always open and he can come and go from it when he pleases. The only time he really has to be in there is bed time.

Too small for that many budgies imo. I don't go for what's practical for me, I go for the biggest I can for them. Unless the birds are free to roam an entire room and/or the entire house all day and use the cage mostly for sleeping and eating only, I'm against cages so small you can put on top of a table. These birds roam free for miles and miles per day in the wild. Such a tiny cage is definitely not enough space for them, especially when people work all day and only let them out for a couple of hours, and cram like 4, 6 budgies inside one cage. Also, that cage is tall but not wide. There's not enough space for them to fly a little. Birds don't fly straight up vertically. You need to go for wider instead of taller.

My birds are always free to roam, this cage size is way more than enough for 2-3 budgies. It's actually very wide but it's also tall which is a bonus. Not everyone has the space for a huge cage, so this cage is ideal...and if someone wants something even bigger, the large size is even bigger than the one in the video. As long as my budgies can jump and even fly inside their cage, I'm good with that :)

@@Bird-Nuggets I'm an advocate for "if you cant province the proper _____ for the animal, you shouldn't have the animal in the first place." Not everyone has space for parrots, so they should reconsider getting parrots instead of using that fact to justify suboptimal care. What you have to consider is even if your budgies are out all the time and are perfectly happy and content, which they appear to be, posting videos like this promoting the cage without making it clear that it is only acceptable if the birds are hardly in it can give viewers the wrong idea, and lead to people thinking its ok to keep their birds in it only letting their birds out a couple of hours a day, or worse.
