Amazon's delivery service, delivery a package that damaged my front door. After calling them and sending documentation, pictures and video. Their response was: "We researched your claim and can confirm that it was denied due to lack of supporting evidence. Unfortunately, your claim has been closed, and we are unable to provide any additional information at this time". However they did let me return my damaged 2.2 pound Heavy duty Stapler.
So after pictures and video they denied the clam due to lack of evidence..... REALLY? I'll stick with UPS, FEDEX or USPS. They actually know how to deliver packages.
