That’s just the first day You get a point next week either due to traffic or not knowing the off highway routes to work, and you learn that your performance is measured by machines and you don’t know how. The next week is followed by getting frustrated and stressed out by everything. Never even knowing your colleagues because you don’t have enough time to communicate with them while you’re getting hounded for low performance. In a few word people working at fulfillment they are mini robots.

Since their shipping locations are called the "fulfillment", maybe all Bezos is saying is, an employee gets "the fulfillment" they've so desired (They get the job they applied for). If an employee claims that working conditions are terrible, they get transported to "the future" (area of "the fulfillment" with conditions so bad that it'll rapidly age them in no time, instantly zap most of their life away, and cripple them right into restless, destitute retirement. That is "super fun" for Bezos. (i.e., sociopathological satisfying), espec. where he often is, in a cartoonish bubble in the state of deep denial, in a wildly make-believe utopia!

The work itself was pretty tough, they wanted u to hit numbers, I was able to hit the numbers almost every single day, but one day I missed the quota by a couple boxes and I was talked to about it in a respectable tone. He's a creep. He is a typical CEO. Workers aren't people, and ALWAYS need to work harder, work more, skip breaks, and accept as low of pay as possibly can be given to them. He's the type of CEO that would pay his workers .10 a day if he could get away with it, and force them onto legal contracts, binding them there, and lock them inside a warehouse or factory, forbidding bathroom or water breaks. People who say he ducked the question are wrong , what he is saying is, sure, it's a lot of hard work but it's designed for people who want to do the hard work as usually high tech businesses require lots of hard work and the ability to constantly learn new things. So in other words, if you don't like working at Amazon then it may be not the right job for you, it could be a better option to switch jobs when you get the chance... also, he was the one creating all of those job positions in the first place, people often treat jobs as if they came from heaven or the government, all of those investors and entrepreneurs that you all hate so much, well, those are the guys responsible for creating your job position in the first place

I will be quitting after the holiday... my 8 hour shift turned into a mandatory 12 hours... our restroom breaks are timed (they literally close it off after so long, and it’s not for cleaning) I go to school full time, and I have a two year old. HR told me last night to “deal with it.” Time to by soooo slow, and they cut our breaks. It’s an entire mess in there! He hype his company up, and it’s something totally different when you get in there. Oh, and let’s not talk about how in bad shape your body and feet will be in. It’s sooo hot in there (and it’s the winter). The “ambassadors”, problem solvers are the only ones who walk around there cocky, because that’s their reality... the managers don’t do anything, but sit on their phones or in the office eating all night. Only come out when shift is over. I’m thankful to have a job, but I’m going to dismiss myself after Christmas.

He don't care about peoples that do the work. To work in a company warehouse for two and a half years and I'll be recognized For Your Excellence. And contribution. Is a lack of interest in its employees and if you have employees that are in position to make changes for those employees who are struggling to make not on the ends meet to have a better life for oneself then they should take into consideration all the hard work that's being put into the company into the organization and be rewarded for their hard work and Excellence. That's what I mean about caring for your employees. Not checking your hundreds of millions of dollars and buying mansions and buying hookers for your pleasure while other struggle to meet ends meet.
