It only takes less than ten minutes to rescan the items and write down the number in route order. Super easy and simple. One through ten in front, eleven through 20 in back and the rest in the trunk. If boxes are too big then I separate those and put them in trunk anyways. But for me writing down the number it corresponds in the route with a sharpie has made my life a lot easier. Especially here in LA when you have to go to downtown which is a mess

Sorting by stop is definitely more efficient for the SSD stations. It takes few more minutes at the station but you don't spend any time searching for packages when you're delivering.

Another great way that you can organize the packages is by stop number. Only issue with that is you have to rescan everything. I do that and then just write the stop number on the package label with a pen. @Gig Mom showed me this.

Oh wow, is sub-day yellow stickers different than the logistics ones? In my region the yellow stickers for logistic blocks have the stop number pre-printed on them.

I’m doing my sub same day tonight 6pm to 10pm, Plan to have it done by 9pm. As a woman in scared 💩 less. Doing it for $110. I’m going to put numbers on the packages by stop and grab go and throw lol

Scan and number all packages. Boxes go in the back seat last stop on the passenger side first stop on the driver side. Bags and envelopes in the front passenger side last stop in the foot well first stop on the seat next to me. For me it is about rhythm and consistency. If I can get into a rhythm I can move faster. I agree if it works for you do it and try to get better and faster. Always look for faster and better ways to do your job and be willing to change if you find a more efficient way. Then share it with the tribe so we all get better and make more money. Good Video

I had my first day today. Spent 8 hours on a scheduled 5 hour job. I was soo salty. Had 48 items, 41 stops and they were located in my downtown!

So why I see people at VCA5 numbering? I've heard it's good and bad. Bad when the number changes now you scrambling looking. #10 is now #20.... one day we'll meet there at vca5 I work out there alot also.

It does take a few more minutes to sort by stop number but it is less hassle on the road 1. You don’t have to be parked and searching for packages. 2. You identify any extra packages and can return them at the station.
