You will get multiple options for customer service jobs. Amazon is the best option. As for the time management, once you start doing it, prepare a daily timetable and stick to it. You'll manage it. @@Avengerr69 it was training period so trainer used to give modules for study and after finishing the module he use to solve the difficulties and if we have any queries. After finishing the one month training assessment was their and we have to score minimum 80% then and then only you will be qualified for next training. If not cleared then they will terminate you..
