I completed a virtual interview on September 3, 2024, for the position of Amazon Chat Support. On September 4, at 5:55 p.m., I received an email from Amazon regarding my background verification check. In that email, they stated that I needed to finish the steps by 9:00 p.m., but I checked my email after 9 p.m. I recently submitted in my background check and the necessary document. I was outdoors when they sent me a mail at about 6:00 p.m. stating that it needed to be finished by 9:00 p.m. Is it okay that I submitted it after 9 p.m.? Did u open the laptop before your onboarding day..(u were not supposed to do that, it was strictly mentioned. If u r facing issue on your day of IT SETUP, you should have told the person (engineer) who was helping in setting up the laptop. If neither of that happened, there will be an option to contact IT support in your emails /or your laptop.. They'll guide you to resolve the issue.

Hi Sonal, My E-Aadhar is getting rejected for the fifth time now. In the guide, they've asked us to upload it without changing the password. I did the same for the first three times and for the fourth time i uploaded it without any password, even then it got rejected and a person from HR team called and asked me to upload it without changing the password. my joining date is 19/08 and it is 17/08 today. I have received the IT requirements and my BGV is still pending. (My name in the Aadhar has a full stop in between and I have sent a mail reg this to my manager and recruiter too. no one is responding what should i do?)

Hey, Are you trying with masked aadhar. If yes, avoid that... If no.. I don't think a full stop might be causing the problem becoz Aadhar no. is important. Watch a video on how to download Aadhar card then re-download it on your system which removes the password and try uploading. That's how I did.. If u have already done that, sorry bt I don't think I can really help you on that..

Hey, so it does happens that some people might receive only one. In most cases they receive the delivery of the other key later. However, we need only 1 key, 2nd security key is just for emergency in case we lose it. So wait for the onboarding day and raise your issue then..

Hii.. myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricDownloadAadhaar/en Do not post your masked aadhar. Once downloaded, you'll need to enter your password (probably your DOB), so enter it and then re-download it in your computer folder (save pdf) And upload your that Aadhar. It won't have a password. If still facing issue, try watching a KZbin video.

Hii.. You need to be a graduate before applying(as per the job description of SPS). If you are not, you can apply for other posts. But it is mandatory, as the embark portal will show incomplete and without providing the documents, the process will not move forward.

Thanks for the information. But I applied for Tri as graduation is mandatory there as well. My virtual interview is scheduled for the week of June. I just wanted to give it a try. Let's hope for something positive as I heard Amazon doesn't really look for certificate rather skills for the job role.

Hii, soo mine was work from home. I was not told to come to office for any propose. Now talking about the relocation, these job vacancies are state-wise. So they expect you to be from that state in order to be selected. So if you have applied for it from Hyderabad, and you don't live there, It can be little concerning as I'm also not aware about the depth of it.

Hii.. You cannot because on Onboarding day, you have to come on the camera, show your Aadhar card and verify yourself. If you have extreme urgency, you can mail your manager and he might give you another date or another batch. All the best

But for English make sure there're no grammatical mistakes from your end while taking assessment and i got some questions regarding code. In a code language white is write in 5892023 and how could we code Bless. Like these questions and English grammar Make sure to clear the assessment test I believe this is the main task to complete. In Bangalore location Ops round was a bit tough. Idk how it will be going through in Hyderabad. All the best bro.

Hi. So you can create your own login id on embark. And if u can't, then before your IT Laptop setup session, on your DOJ you'll have a verification (attendance) kind of session, they'll give you then.

If aadhar scan is not accepted, they'll mail you to change it, then only you'll be allowed to move further. If accepted, you won't receive any changes. For IT equipment, you can request IT equipment on embark.. Once all checks are clear.
