It won't be okay If you give one employee all night shift na.. that's why it gets changed. Although, you get options to choose shifts every month but it's not necessary that you'll get the same shift.

@@JaySharma45353 i have never been on Amazon VCS and how the process is ( domestic/international) but if the avg call length is higher i.e more than 5-8 mins then taking 100 calls is enough. In my case the US citizens used to abuse us saying Indian's are scammers and all those stuff, but it was the part of the process. If the customers get agitated you cannot go against them Just move to the next call. You can give a try for one month...see whether it suits you or not.
