Audible and Amazon Music Unlimited memberships are separate. After you make your monthly selection in the Amazon Music app, as an Amazon Music Unlimited subscriber, you can also listen to your Audible audiobook in the Audible app without an Audible membership if you’d like.

If I understand correctly yes, the new thing is if you have Music Unlimited you can now also get one free Audible book a month from their whole library.
