I agree. "WHY have I not found this author before?"!! I love that even the dogs develop a romance. It is great to have a good romance and adventure story with good humor in it as well. For those not read it all yet or still deciding to start... First part I was shocked by the language instantly, wasn't sure where it would go... However, the comedy is amazing! Just don't be walking down the street listening like I was and start howling out of no-where - people look at you funny!... It's definitely very adult in parts but I found it not in a crude way but actually quite enticing and wrote very well (mostly.) I'm happy there was more depth to the story too not just a "girl falls for guy and guy doesn't realise until the end" or vise versa. This has more story to it, more believable. Happy I stumbled across this audio book and definitely will be looking at more stories this author has to offer.

I totally agree. She is so desperate and that makes the whole confident and independent part of her feel forced. When it comes to Ozzie she is all weak but apparently fighting Deb or Dev(egal what his name is) she is somehow supergirl? I mean if she overhead the conversation why not confront him? The besr idea was to drive back to her place when a killer is lookimg for her and knows where she lives? I mean petit rouge use your brain!😅😅 good distraction but as a book I would lay it down

This was a very funny story and I laughed out loud. My only complaint would be that the romantic relationship took too long to develop. It was labored until chapter 42!! Seriously too long. Some places were predictable. It did pass the time but not in my top 10.

I don’t think it’s possible for someone so dense to survive in real life. The idea of the story line is decent but the character development and writing leaves a lot to be desired. 2/10
