Amazon Remove Another Firestick Feature…

Amazon Firesticks are great streaming devices but users are finding these pointless updates annoying. It's not clear if this feature being removed was intentional, but it's also not the same on all Firestick devices.

I’m pretty sure that Amazon will release an update that will remove Freevee. Also, I haven’t received the update on the 3rd gen Fire cube in the US.

Its a shame that people outside of the US can't get the Walmart's Onn4kpro streaming box in my opinion a better streaming device. I had firesticks since 2016 but I've moved on .im a onn 4kpro streaming device user now.

Have you noticed though that Amazon have returned to the old “title bar” on the Home Screen.I have two Firestick Lites and only one has updated meaning one has the 6 apps and the other just says “Fire TV” in the space.

Its Amazon just slowly .... quietly boiling the frog. In the end they will have their new OS in place and you will only be able to load paid for proprietary apps. Buy an Android box ..... de bloat it and enjoy decent RAM and no buffering for a change.
