What should I expect to receive with my Amazon Renewed purchase and in what condition?
All Amazon Renewed Apple iPhone and iPad purchases will come with accessories that may not be original but will be compatible and fully functional. Chargers will be UL-Certified and charging cables will be MFi-Certified (made for iPhone). No headphones or SIM card will be present. Check for carrier compatibility prior to purchase. Amazon Renewed products will be packaged in either original packaging or in a new and clean cardboard box. Product will be restored to its original factory settings and will be in one of the following conditions:
Excellent condition
Cosmetic condition: Excellent (Screen: no scratches. Body: no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be visible when the product is held 12 inches away).
Functional condition: Fully Functional (exceeds 80% of original battery life, generic or OEM accessories and packaging provided).
Good condition
Cosmetic condition: Good (Screen: no scratches. Body: light scratches, barely visible when holding the device 12 inches away and imperceptible to touch).
Functional condition: Fully Functional (exceeds 80% of original battery life, generic or OEM accessories and packaging provided).
Acceptable condition
Cosmetic condition: Acceptable (Screen: may have a small number of shallow scratches, invisible when the screen is turned on. Body: light scratches, clearly visible when holding the device 12 inches away and perceptible to touch).
Functional condition: Fully Functional (exceeds 80% of original battery life, generic or OEM accessories and packaging provided).

Yep, in the end I got a (New) or open box only, battery was at 100% which is great, phone is perfect, I shipped the other one back today, I should get 100% back lets see how it goes. Did you get your phone already right?

Yes infect this iPhone 14 Pro was a very positive surprise not only because seems to be brand new but also had Apple Care coverage until August 2025 which is crazy. I was not checking for apples warranty coverage before but I will start looking into that going forward.

is the battery 100 percent the original number or just boosted up? did you check that using some computer?

Great question, I can only know once you get the phone and check the serial number, Normally they dont have, but one time I got a iPhone with apple care for additional 2years and the phone was perfect. BTW I think was this one on this video. I do so many of this videos that I dont really know. Thanks for Watching

I don't see why they would not. Make sure you have tracking for your package as you return the item. Most of this iPhone I send to friends and family in Brazil, we never had an issue, but I never had to return one after 90days.

Correct US does not have SIM card, but supports 5G the Canadian version has SIM card and also supports 5G depending on your carrier.

I did tested and I never had issues but I can not say it is safe as Amazon does not guarantee water proof on renewed phones.

Any word on the DirectCertified iPhone 14 return label? I was close to buying a 14 pro max and checked and they were the seller. I have purchased one Amazon renewed product, a Google Pixel 6 Pro(excellent condition)and it was in perfect condition.

If I buy a refurbished iPhone I ordered it to be the highest grade, excellent. It will be a model F or M. The battery will be full of water and the box will remain original or any box and the battery after use. What do you think about it and do you advise me to buy it?

Not sure if I understood your question very well, a Excellent phone should be very good like new condition, no water in the battery or box, you may not get the original Box.

I would not do that, just use the 87% battery during the 90 days warrant form Amazon. If something happens you can return, but if you change the battery then you loose your 90 protection. Thanks for asking.
