Got mine yesterday and safe to say I'm mostly satisfied. Got excellent condition but their was a small crack on my Tab S8 ultra which isn't that noticeable and everything else seems pretty much new. But one of the other things I didn't like was the packaging it basically arrived in a basic box and my tablet was put on top of the bubble wrap and a thin foam piece covering the screen and the s pen was just lose in there but everything arrived undamaged

3:48 As someone that used to own a fire hd 10, it's not worth getting the hd 8. It's smaller, slower, and doesn't have the hd 10 party trick which is to act like an Alexa when plugged into it's charger. Seriously, it worked so well as an Alexa echo show device put only broke out of it when it needed to do something only a tablet could do, but otherwise, it works better than actual echo shows. Now, with amazon not really caring about their line of devices, I wouldn't touch any of them with a ten foot pole.

I Had all and the best tablet is the Tab S4. It's not supported anymore but it still does great my only pet peeve is that it uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.

They get support for a long time, and do the job for a cheap price. I don't know what people are complaining about. A friend got one of the cheapest model, when they didn't have much and was struggling, at a reduced price. It came with a two year warranty unlike trying to get something second hand so no need to worry, nothing else new came close to as good for that price, nothing else new would have had any support, and nothing second had for that price was really much better but came with all the drawbacks of being second hand (and definitely not supported still).

As a person who purchases lots of Amazon returns, I can say for certain if there's an LPN sticker on there, it was returned and resold whether directly back to you or to an "Amazon returns" liquidation shop.

My experience has been quite good the few times have used. Just this month, I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra 2 model and the classification was "Used - Very Good". The watch was discounted from $799 to $604. Upon receipt I inspected and could tell by Apple serial number status that it was original bought in November 2023 and still under AppleCare until November 2024. Everything was in the box, in like-new condition. The only signs it was used was that the charger cable had been removed and put back into the box and could tell the band had been used for a little bit. The watch was in pristine condition with no defects at all. Was very pleased.

Each cycle count represents the number of times a battery has been drained and charged. It's important to note that the decrease doesn't necessarily mean that the battery was drained to 0% -- if someone used their battery for only a few minutes and the battery drained from 100% to 99%, and then the owner charged the laptop again, that would still count as 1 cycle. So all cycle counts are not created equally.

Apple defines a cycle as using the equivalent of a full charge. So if you drain the the battery to 50%, recharge it, and then drain it to 50% again, you’ve used the equivalent of one full charge. That would be a cycle.

I actually bought a 12.9 Inch 2018 iPad pro Wi-Fi + Cellular renewed in "acceptable" condition and when it arrived it would've been mint of not for some scratched by around the USB port! It even came with a screen protector and folio case (Which I was unaware of), it would've been perfect of it came with a first party charger. Mind you I only paid $420 too! Amazon Renewed is pretty decent imo, tho I usually get my stuff off eBay.

I just bought 2 iPhone 12 pro's from Amazon renewed. Delivered same day, and like new. Except for the batteries, which were both above 80%, which was advertised. I would recommend making sure it comes from Amazon, not a 3rd party, that way you have no hassle return. Maybe I got lucky.

Buying Amazon Renewed is great, returning faulty items is a nightmare! My Amazon Renewed Samsung Fold 3 has it's first crease crack 2 months in. Return was rejected as "customer induced fault" and Amazon sided with the reseller. Tried so many ways to get Amazons to help but eventually gave in after being told the promised "dedicated Amazon Renewed representative" was real in the UK. 10 months in and the crease was covered in micro cracks and basically useless. Never EVER buy an Amazon Renewed product in the UK is my advice.

The one thing I find Amazon is a bit of a scam with is the fact they get a return that the person states is faulty and sends it back out to the next customer. So many times I have gotten something that looks like a return that has been sent right back out without them checking. I tested it once. Sent back a keyboard and mouse and kept the mouse... got a refund and no word about the missing mouse lol. I feel like they do that just hoping one person doesn't bother returning it, maybe too busy or something and they do this until it doesn't get returned and that's a item sold they do not have to worry about lol.

Generally when I've run into problems and had a return, they just send me a brand new version of the item. Had it happen a couple of times. I think they just tend to eat the cost of a lot of stuff to avoid as much time as they can on support.

Amazon can be very tricky. They'll say free shipping, but at checkout they will default to paid shipping. You have to choose free shipping. They are horrible.....

That's odd. I've bought a ton of used or otherwise refurbished productions on Amazon that didn't have the 2 day delivery but regular ship for free. They never defaulted to paid shipping. The last used item I bought was a Evolution track saw for cutting materials like wood or thin tin. Looked like brand new aside from a little wear on the power cord and the shipping was free and regular delivery.

Amazon Renewed isn’t terrible when you buy directly from Amazon. However, the quality control of third party refurbishers is hit or miss. I’ve had good and bad luck buying phones from Amazon. Some have come in pristine condition and fully functional. Whilst others came in terrible condition with broken parts.

I bought an Amazon renewed iPhone 15 pro and it came with 100% battery capacity, only 1 battery cycle, 2 small scratches on the display, and there is no indication of any parts having been replaced according to the settings. In fact, I’m not even sure how it was possibly renewed if it only had a battery cycle count of 1 and no parts were supposedly replaced. But to say I’m happy with my product is an understatement. Saved me a couple hundred bucks and works like new!

So as someone who works at an Amazon warehouse returns site, warehouse deals items, like the XBOX Series X, are barely checked for cosmetic damage much less actually tested to see if they actually work. If a customer comment doesn't specifically say that it has connection problems or power problems or something along those lines, and the item looks correct and without major damage, it will probably be resold as warehouse deals.

As someone who worked for Amazon...there isn't a huge amount of work going into most products. They don't care about your quality, they care about you hitting the numbers they want. And if you don't hit said numbers, even if you hit perfect quality every time, you'll get a manager coming to tell you to speed it up, and if you don't you'll end up without a job. I would expect that the companies that just ship through Amazon probably DO refurbish their stuff, and Amazon probably will refurbish something that is actually broken and easily fixable, but I don't see them putting a huge amount of effort into repairs. Especially when they can just send you a known working product otherwise and not have to waste the extra time. Besides, they can easily afford it.

Just do the display reset on the the xbox series s with the buttons, i believe it should be the power and sync button. If not then all 3 buttons until the display shows. The display is most likely set to 4k 120hz, and was returned due to there monitor not being able to receive the output thus thinking they messed it up.

My experience with Amazon renewed has been good, except for one order. I’ve ordered three products from them so far; I ordered an iPad mini 6th generation that came in like-new condition (no scratches or marks of any kind) with only some understandable battery degradation (but way above Amazon’s 80% mark). The second item I ordered was an iPhone 12 mini, and that was in terrible condition despite my ordering excellent condition. It has minor marks on the aluminum and the back looked alright, but the screen was majorly scratched up, which the seller had tried to hide under a poorly placed screen protector. I ended up sending that back and got an iPhone 13 mini instead, and I swear they sent me a brand new 13 mini, as even though I ordered the same “excellent condition”, this phone didn’t have a single mark or scratch, and the battery was even still at 100% capacity. I really feel like I lucked out on that one. My mom has also ordered a Pixel 7 renewed from Amazon and that came in very good condition, so here’s hoping the 12 mini was a fluke.

The problem with Amazon renewed is, they took extremely long time to process return, typically 2 months. I have to go through credit card dispute to get money back sooner. Overall condition is good, but their price is high. Just got an iPhone 13 mini green in premium condition. A minor scratch on the screen, but battery is 100%, so I’m good with that.

the return policy is actually the main reason why i almost exclusively buy my stuff on amazon. the customer service is excellent and they do everything in their power to help you. i once bought a monitor on amazon, around 500 euros but it was not sold by amazon directly. i used the monitor maybe a day and it started to malfunction, borderline unusable. so even tho it was a bit harder with returning the item to get a new one or a refund, because the seller wouldn't do so, amazon just refunded me anyway and told me to keep the monitor as well. idk what happened to the seller but damn they do everything for their customers it seems

I was skeptical at first when the original dell packaging came in heavily damaged and had signs of use but nonetheless the monitor looked mint. It also had an Amazon LPN sticker to indicate that it was a returned item. I'm typing up this comment on the exact monitor today with no issues.

I recently got a paired of Amazon renewed AirPod Maxs…. They were SUPER corroded and were returned within weeks. I was soooo disappointed. The outside and everything looked great, but the second I took it apart I realized that they sent me an almost broken product. Shame shame shame.

17:00. Would not recommend doing this so aggressively. The problem is likely one or two pins that are loose, so by wiggling the cable you risk making other pins loose or worse. HDMI ports on Xbox's are cheap piles of doo doo these days unfortunately, barely held on with tiny strips of metal and as little solder as they can get away with. :(

i had a decent experience with it. Bought an iPhone 12 in "Good" condition and the front and back glass were PERFECT not a single screatch. However, the sides were scuffed up a bit. Another note was I ordered this and the rear main sensor just did not work whatsoever, the wide and front ones did. I did exchange it and got a perfectly working device. Also battery was at 83% which isnt the best but its acceptable

I bought a new mouse from Amazon Renewed a month ago. It was one of those hollow lightweight ones. It had dust, hair, and mysterious orange goop inside of it. The friction pads were not great either. Never buying Amazon Renewed again. This is Ebay Used type condition, going there would have saved me quite a bit.

I bought refurbished 3rd gen AirPods and the only thing was there was a slight scuff on the casing but since I use a custom case I never see it. But overall the product works fine. Saved $50 compared to new.

if it has 623 cycles wouldnt that mean someone just used it for just under 2 years everyday and would only charge it once dead and then unplug when full? where did you get 5 years from

A "renewed" laptop I got has a dead pixel and a few scuffs, it just looks used and 60% battery health so definitely not refurbished.

I recently ordered a iPhone 11 Pro Max for about $300 and according to Amazon renewed condition I was meant to have a battery that would at least be above 80% and surprise I get a phone with 72% so I called them up and got a one time refund for the phone but I feel Amazon should do a better job checking in with the third party sellers
