@6:57 yes you can put a silicone mat under running water and wipe your brushes. You could also do the same thing with a clipboard and put hot glue dots and squiggles on it ( also you could use liquid hand soap or soap made for makeup brushes)

The water is so bad in these countries though, the filter would not filter it well enough at all. We're talking about water so contaminated it kills people. It would need to be properly sterilized to be safe.

the brush cleaner actually rly helps lol, it’s meant to get the pigment off when you’re doing your makeup so you don’t mix colors or have to switch brushes, it’s not a substitute for cleaning your brushes with a cleaning solution and cleaning pad lol:p

6:10 it’s not supposed to really clean your brushes. It’s for when you’re doing your makeup and you need the same brush to apply another colour eyeshadow, instead of making it wet you can get some of the colour off of the brush with the black sponge. :)
