I shipped 2 boxes this week but first I tried to see if anything would be different if I sent the products in different quantities. when I chose to send both boxes to the same fulfillment center, it would be 23 cents per product. When I chose to send the boxes to two different fulfillment centers, it dropped to 18 cents per product. In this case, I believe it will be more profitable if you 1) send at least 3-4 boxes in one shipment, 2) Try to ship single SKU in a box, and 3) choose the option of sending your boxes to different warehouses chosen by Amazon.

we are based in Italy and Amazon doesnt give us any other option but to ship only in bulk to 1 fba warehouse. I am actively looking forward to abandoned Amazon as day after day is becoming a nightmare for sellers

How will this effect FBM? Will this make FBM a bigger role now? And if not do you think price raises in your FBA products will reduce the sales? Might be a dumb question but would appreciate if answered thank you!

Not dumb at all! Yes to both of your observations. Some sellers will switch to FBM or won't consider FBA in the first place, particularly for lower cost/lower margin items. Raising Amazon prices is a natural thing to do, too.
