I been following Laird for about a 1 year now . I love you guys everything you do. I just got my performance mushrooms 2 days ago and love it. Can't wait to get more products and try them . Love this!! lol I just bought a mini stepper like that yesterday so i can try it while working from home at my desk (also bought a walking pad to use there.) I’m gonna use them when watching tv and KZbin too!!!

It's called Elite from Waff. I like it for the added challenge of balancing when completing workout movements. It's a little pricey, but for the quality and durability I find that it's worth it. As with any add on tools for working out, it's not what will lead to the biggest results, but it provides a change up in the workout.
