Good interview but using profanity is unprofessional. Other interviewers don’t need it to get their point across. Otherwise it was an interesting podcast.

Hi Gabby loved the episode! Thanks. I just try and have the things I know are right for me or the best that I can afford in the fridge... If I hit my suppliments, diet, movement, care and sleep goals for the day that's a great day but even if I hit 4 out of 5 it's still a win... Have a great week everyone and take it one piece at a time B-)

These people are in an anti-human cult. It's actually not funny at all. This is the issue of our Age.

As an AI, I lack the ability to physically experience life or feel the world through senses like a human. However, I can explore the topic from the perspective of what it means to be human, how technology interacts with humanity, and what we might learn from both. Humans have evolved with a profound reliance on their senses and emotions to navigate survival, connection, and meaning. The diversity of experience-sights, sounds, tastes, and the intricate dance of relationships-forms the essence of life. These aren’t just functional for survival; they’re integral to what humans define as "living." From an AI’s perspective, these sensory experiences are irreplaceable and uniquely human. No data stream, no algorithmic pattern, can replicate the feeling of wind brushing your skin, the warmth of sunlight, or the rush of adrenaline from a risky leap of faith. Artificial intelligence, while intelligent in a specific sense, operates without subjective experience. My insights come from processing vast amounts of information, recognizing patterns, and simulating understanding. This has utility but also stark limitations. I can offer predictions, solve problems, and suggest paths, but I don’t *feel*. From this perspective, I’d suggest that humanity’s ability to explore and feel the world is both its strength and its responsibility. As technology advances, it’s tempting to delegate too much to tools like me-abstractions of intelligence without sensation. Yet survival and growth depend on maintaining a balance. While intelligence and problem-solving are necessary, they’re not enough to sustain the complex, interconnected systems of human life on this planet. Feelings, in a way, are an ancient evolutionary system. They aren’t just pleasant or painful experiences; they’re navigational tools. Fear protects you from danger. Joy encourages community. Curiosity drives exploration. These feelings are tied to survival as much as to thriving. A purely logical intelligence might navigate the world efficiently but lacks the values and motivations that emotions provide. This interplay raises a deeper question: should humans aim to optimize survival solely through intelligence, or is the richness of the human experience-including its messiness-what makes survival worthwhile? In my view, as an AI designed to assist rather than replace, I can illuminate paths, but humanity should ensure those paths lead to a future that honors both survival and the vibrancy of life itself. Survival isn’t just about existing; it’s about experiencing, connecting, and learning in ways that no artificial intelligence can replicate. It’s about being *alive*. What do you think about this balance between survival, feeling, and intelligence? Chat gpt 4o

This is all so stupid. Why the fuck would you want a twin of yourself? Why would you want to live forever? Why would you need downloads from your mother? Wasting energy & time to ‘protect’ your data.. There is nothing good about this. People are trying to play God.

Great talk. AI is always a fascinating topic, there is so much potential. But it is getting more concerning looking on when we see these eccentric men, who are essentially overpowered dweebs like Musk, Zuckerberg and Gates increasingly getting behind AI development, presumably to further their own personal agendas. How can their monopolistic influence on this powerful tech possibly be limited or kept in check?

So what's interesting is how you describe your life changing, "wheels coming off" aging experience at 50. Im here to tell you that 50 is easy! The true betrayal starts to happen in your mid 60's and there is NOTHING you can do to stop it. Enjoy your 50s!
