Amazon refuse to refund. I have contacted the seller 4 times and they refuse to reply. The point of reviews is so people need to know these are dangerous. I was only given a 30 day guarentee on this item, used it once and was ill. The gas leaks which makes it totally dangerous, useless and unusable. #amazon seller: Pro Aura

I am having exactly the same problem. It seems to be that the "o ring" that seals the cannister in place is the problem. I think that the "o ring" that is fitted is the incorrect size. I have ordered a new "o ring" and will try that out. Use soappy water and a paint brush to find gas leaks not a flame!

Ur not meant to leave the gas in the locked position when not using.The pressure has no outlet and its pushes the canister away from the regulater U cant be serious that u leave anything to chance with gas and leave the gas connected to the heater when not in use 🎇😟

The gas leaks from the can when the heater is on, thus leaving it leaking right next to the flame. The gas can could ignite which makes it dangerous. whether it's turned on or not it leaks.

No uv turned the dial down but left the gas connected to the heater dough !!!

Its a cheap heater use common sense ie dont leave gas connected to the heater

Do not use a combustible product in a closed area. You need ventilation. The gas leaking is not the only problem oxygen is necessary.

It was in a tent with a small awning basically outside. we were sat in the tent with plenty of ventalation. As for not having oxygen. maybe i have died because as far as i am aware we were breathing lol.
