Lakanto monk fruit sweetener is awesome though. I use it when baking for my sister, who is diabetic. Monk fruit is an Asian fruit and its made into sugar by pulverizing the inside then drying it into a powder. Lakankto makes it best I think, in terms of texturing it like real sugar.
