When I needed a slide hammer at work, I made my own out of scrap metal. I didn't get all of the attachments but I can say mine was made in the USA 😎

That's one of those tools that you may not use much, but when you need it it's invaluable. Thumb's up!

Can you please make another video how to use this kit ? I understand that you can insert the fitting (hook) between two panels for example where the drivers door meets the fender to remove a dent but what else ? I bought one and it does not have any instructions and minimal info online. Would be interested to see how the chain is used and the rest. Thanks

Yup, they sit in a box for years, and then all of the sudden you will use it ten times in a week. Its just one of those kinds of tools....

Can you please do a tutorial on using this as I haven't seen these since my brother used one in late 80s and early 90s?

Useful tool eh! Never needed to use one for years....however many years ago with the F2 we did have to pull the half shafts to change the diff. As I only did a few meets I only had to change mine a few times. Used a 4.1 for Skeg, and 3.9 for Northampton (you'll have to google the tracks lol) Then I welded the 3.9 to go to Sheffield, for shale. Anyway not having one I had to put the drum on backwards and hammer them out. So at the end of the year I made a dedicated one. Well you know what happened, had to stop almost before I'd begun. Think I gave it to one of my mates for theirs.

Can you do a rundown of what the attachments and accessories do?

That would be a good video, I'll see if the old man want to get together and make it!

That would be great and much appreciated, I've looked around and I don't think anybody has made a video with this information yet. If you do it, could you jump back over here really quick and let me know that you put the new video up? I never seem to get notifications from KZbin for subscribed channels, they just keep pushing unrelated "recommended" videos that I never asked for.

Opps! The link you gave us shows a different model than the one you have and twice the price too,..you said about $30 or $40, the one in the link is around $80. That doesn't make any difference, the main thing is you have a slide hammer and it will come in handy . Of the loads of tools and equipment I have this is the one that I do NOT have,..I wonder why? Haha.

Thanks for the heads up Reg! The link is fixed now.

I was hoping you would explain the application and proper use of the different bits.
