I would say that the answer here is Amazon attributes sales to VCPM ads if they got clicks or views. Does that help? Honestly, we do not run these VCPM ads anymore.

I would stop the ad. Make sure to check your business report to see any discrepancies with data being pulled from that ad. This is another tool where Amazon likes to take your money. The numbers look good but make sure that those sales are actual sales.
