#1 looks cute. You can always belt it. #7 is definitely a winner! #8 if you shortened it to knee length it’s would work. The reason why these lengths look cute on the models is usually because they wear heals plus they are very tall to begin with. Make sure the hem does not hit you at mid calf (wides part of lower leg), that will make anyone look frumpy.

I agree, #8 would be SO cute if it hit above my knee instead of below! You're right, people typically wear heels with skirts like that. I don't own any heels, I have trouble walking in them! LOL :)

I think the skirts look really good on you. The dresses that are too short for teaching... Wear some bicycle shorts underneath them. That's what I used to do when I was an elementary school teacher. They look adorable on you and bicycle shorts will add that needed modesty for your confidence. Great video. Please do more like this. :-)

Some of the dresses and the skirts are from Shein, and they are a lot cheaper there. Plus they have discount coupons. You can send them back too if you don't like them.

That is so good to know!! Maybe I will do a Shein haul next! 😊 I was actually looking at their site yesterday and saved a few “teacher clothes” that I think might work. I ordered a few things from Shein a few years ago. Do you order from them often? Do you have any recommendations of things you’ve ordered from them that you love?

@@TaylorPfeifer Oh, I have bought tons of clothes from them, I am addicted🙊 Well, some of them are really good, some not so much. If they are too thin or see through, I don't keep it. But I have a lot of denim skirts from there, and I love them, I prefer the elastic ones. You should look also into Dazy brand, some of their skirts and dresses are lined, but most of them are midi. And, by the way, I love seeing Shein hauls with modest clothing. There are not so many out there. Excuse my writing, I am not english native. God bless you!

@@luisamaria2531 Gotta love a good denim skirt! I just bought a new one from target the other day because my old one was getting shorter due to the frayed bottom. I’ll look at them on Shein, I’m sure they’re much more affordable on there. 😊 I will also check out the Dazy brand. I agree, Shein hauls with modest clothing are few and far between! I think your writing is excellent!! I appreciate your help! 💕 Be on the lookout for a Shein haul in the future! 😊 No guarantees it will be this month though, with school starting soon. 📚

I actually quite like the green midi skirt. I also think it looks just fine on you. I personally have many skirt like that! I do also have a kinda similar body type with you. I'm about 5'4 - 5'5. May I know why you didn't think it was a good look?

Well thank you! Honestly, when I went back and watched the video, I was like, “Oh. That actually doesn’t look too bad!” 😅😂 I’m weird about how things fit around my belly (a bit claustrophobic) and it just felt a bit tight compared to the long cheetah skirt I tried on, even though the waist band was very stretchy. I love that style of skirt on other people, though! One of my coworkers actually wore the same skirt in white the other day and it looked adorable on her! 😊
