In hindsight, I do think Hansi requires time to develop the team that he’s coaching, so he’s more suited to be a club manager. Fingers crossed that Hansi will do amazing at Barcelona. It’s hard to argue with his accomplishments with Bayern.

Those who are saying "hansi should have been appointed before xavi at first place" should realise that it is bcoz of xavi the current barcelona has strongest foundation rihht now He is the one who gave chances to players like gavi, casado, yamal ,cubarsi and many more youngsters I am not saying flick doesnt deserve any appreciation for making every positive changes for barcelona but dont ridicule xavi for that

Hansi Flick con la seleccion lo hizo de locos, es un entrenador de primera y un motivador excepcional para el equipo. En el barça lo esta demostrando, es temperamental, muy duro con los entrenamientos y a la vista esta que lo hace mejor que Xavi, tambien tiene mas experiencia, pero no deja chance ninguno para el equipo que lucha

Dont tell me that "clasico" was the match where Madrid were 14 points ahead, tried to not risk any injuries for the Champions League (which Barcelona was embarrassingly eliminated from) and Barcelona basically went to kill and won 0-4 which literally was like a title for them despite Madrid winning both League and CL. Yeah sums up Xavi and Barcelona. If Flick doesn't let toxic Barca culture and they let him work, they might actually win something worthwhile and divert eyes from their pathetic economic situation and ref scandal.
