Hi pal There's no Mastercard in Madagascar to buy things it's best to use a visa debit card in the many ATMs I would take out 800,000ar in one go about $190 this is Enough money to keep you going for 3 days to a week There's no need to bring cash but if you do want to bring cash bring euro big bills You will need €35 for the visa in the airport, I keep €80 on me most of the time when travelling.

It’s a good area but it could be noisy with bar music it’s by the beach and shops. Hellville doesn’t matter its a city to visit now and then

Yeah I agree with the export rules I looked those up before I left the country . Sounds like you might need to buy your car elsewhere than import it.
