The two other actors I could think of that also did that so well were Oliver Hardy and Norman Fell who played Mr. Roper on Three's Company. But in their cases, there was no dialogue, just the expressions that said it all. David's expressions did go great with the dialogue you hear. He was a great actor, and is character was actually the most redeemable of all them in that family.

I remember watching webisodes about David Faustino and Corrin Nemec trying to live as actors in LA. The premise was that they can't land a proper acting gig. In one episode all Married with Children actors had reunion. They wanted to reboot the series (or have a movie or something) and they decided to replace David with someone else (David Spade or Seth Green). It was hilarious.
