Looking back at this from the dimorphodon, this one is like a few miles away in supremacy as to the dimorphodon, the paint on the ptera is just incredibly beautiful, by far the best pteranodon Mattel will (most likely) ever make, I really hope on getting it eventually the wide mouth as well as the paint is just incredibly amazing, I honestly love the look of this figure

This figure does extreme justice to the JP3 pterodactyl. I'm hoping that they release the JP3 raptor or some version of a big dinosaur like Spinosauraus or T-Rex

Also, the base of the head is a swivel hinge just like with the neck base, it can look all the way down and can do a birdlike 's' pose. I had to dunk the figure in warm water, first 👍

Thank you SO MUCH for putting up this review. I was on the fence at first (largely due to the rubbery wings, its a concept that's been done before with bad results). But after watching this I bit the bullet (or is that bird lol?) and ordered one. I love what you do, keep up the GREAT work!

If all of Mattel's toys were like this then there'd be lots of recalls because kids will see this and automatically think it's for them Then they'll poke their eyes out, swallow small parts, and shatter them So sorry to break it to you, but not every figure can be like the Amber collection

BBTS used to be so nice, would get stuff in sooner than most, and shipping was fast! They have gone downhill so fast though. It’s sad, I ordered my Nanmu Giga from them because of the price, and who knows if it’ll ever actually come into stock. I eventually cancelled my pre-order of the Nanmu apatosaurus from them because it was already out for months from other places and still wasn’t in stock on BBTS.
