In no way am I condoning what they done (nor did I even suggest that in my original statement) because they definitely played dirty even for defence lawyers. But just so your aware, while it's completely immoral what they done, they are allowed to do it and they are just doing their job.

@@littlesthobo182 Oh for sure that was definitely the case. But as the trial went on it looked like he just got sick of Amber (looked like they all did to be fair). Towards the latter stages it just felt like his defence was a lot weaker. His closing statement was particularly bad (not as bad as Elaine's though lol) he tried to pander to the jury way too much and the way he presented a lot of it just came off as obvious bs. Granted they had no evidence to work off of in the first place but it just seemed like he had a better showing earlier in the trial.

And if she is going to appeal than she has to have so much money up front to pay on it & court fees, lawyer fees etc. And if she loses appeal than she’ll have to now pay more $ on top of the $8.5 million to Johnny! Lol Oh & if she files bankruptcy, she cannot file on the $8.5 million because this money came from her committing malice! Another words no bank is going to pay off money where you have done another person harm & owe them that amount of $ for that harm!

I think she was just mirroring herself. As Shannon Curry said, she has borderline personality disorder and doesn't have a stable sense of self. Wearing the same black dress as she wore in the UK was a way for her to get a stable sense of reality. I believe that a lot of what she does is an effort to maintain stability. She derives her sense of self from the external rather than the internal, as most normal people like us do. She is likely to be repeatedly asking herself the question, who am I? Why am I here? Johnny's decision to break up with her 6 years ago came as a shock to her and the TRO/divorce was a way to maintain control and to stay grounded. In the last 6 years, what has been a constant for her is 3 things: (1) Johnny Depp's reaction to her allegations, (2) her new role as an activist against domestic violence and champion for women and (3) her job as an actress and role in Aquaman. These 3 things have defined her identity. Without them, she doesn't know who she is. So why did she wear the same dress as in the UK trial? Well, it was to remind herself of who she was and the experience she had at the end of that trial. Without that, her life was nothing.
