I mean, technically, the mass majority of the world greatly dispizes her for what she has done, so I suppose even if he doesn't win this thing, the world will know the truth and she has so many people against her on this. unfortunately I think if even one person doubts that Johnny is the victim, she could win this thing so yeah...

I pray 🙏🏼 your in a better place today and safe from harm. And Johnny sorry you went through all the horrific things you have. But thank you for sharing your story. exactly, no REAL Dv survivor believes AHs crazy stories. We had an intuition beat into us to detect Ambusers, and she is text book "get the F away from her" alarms, not sympathy from a shared trauma. It just makes me so frustrated seeing people ignore mountains of evidence with her on record admitting mutliple times and help her continue her abuse on her victims. Even the way she stares into the camera without blinking is truly disturbing.
@materialdialectics2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, my Dad and I were both victims of my mother when I was young, and she even pulled this whole projection bullshit with my Dad then called the cops and said he was "grooming" me. Thankfully it backfired on her big time. Now granted she wasn't exactly in her right mind at the time but still. When I was watching Depp talk about his experiences early on in the trial it reminded me of when my Dad finally talked to me about everything that happened. The thing that pisses me off most though is I KNOW that this whole thing is going to be weaponized by the sorts of people who want to discredit actual abuse victims (well, women ones anyways) as I have already seen happening. So not only did AH abuse people, but she has also now made it harder for abuse victims to come forward in the future. This is why we can't have nice things.

Sometimes humor is a good way to deflect the pain, and help convince people (and ideally yourself) that things are okay or to help move on even if only for that moment to move the conversation onwards. I really hope Johnny'll be able to recover from this psychologically and ideally recover his career too, if he'd like to. Poor man sounds like he's been through the wringer and is a good person to look up to in many ways, and now as a voice of DA as well.

It's his brain's natural instinct. I've been through 20 years of physical and psychological abuse along with my mother and 3 brothers... Fortunately for her, we know that comes from a place of self-blaming, otherwise it would be gaslighting a.f.... Unfortunately, she doesn't think about psychotherapy the way we do and that's not good for her nor us... @ToxicallyMasculinelol2 жыл бұрын
Same here, made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. It's that "high on power" laugh. These sickos derive visceral pleasure from knowing they have the power to hold you hostage. And the thing that really gets me is just how different and deranged she sounds in the recordings compared to how she sounds _everywhere_ else. So either her whole public persona is this never-ending stream of bullshit, or else she gets off on this interpersonal manipulation and abuse so much that it practically makes her orgasm, and when deprived of it, she goes into withdrawals and has a mental breakdown. In one of the recordings, the one you referenced, she speaks in the most cartoonish schoolyard bully voice and lets out that prolonged, taunting, ecstatic laugh. It's so intense it gives the impression that she is literally cumming. And then, in another recording, the "you're killing me" one where she's in the car in front of Depp's office or something, and Depp is trying to leave but she's throwing a tantrum, she has a complete mental breakdown and starts howling and screaming and hyperventilating and clenching her buttcheeks like she's having a seizure. She screams "you're fucking killing me" and "please stop" in this absolutely bizarre, deranged way that is just immediately recognizable as some histrionic/borderline mental breakdown. When she realizes she can't control Depp, she goes into withdrawal mode. But it's even worse than anything I've ever seen, just because of the absolutely insane tone of her voice. It is so strange, the way she hyperventilates and wails with such a tense, groaning voice that she sounds constipated. Like she's taking the dump of her life as she says all this. "i'm gonna DIE you're causing me suuuhhhhh much stress." "I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack every DAY." "please STOOOPPPP." "you're keeeellliiing me." "you're fffffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuucking keelling me." And she's the one taking the recording. She's so insane she thought that this behavior somehow reflected well on her. Apparently she thinks this is what normal victims sound like. She's so self-absorbed and so lacking in empathy that she somehow has gone through life without noticing how normal people act. She has to be one of the most incompetent psychopaths I've ever heard of. And at some point she starts trying to leave "evidence" of physical abuse, saying "stop pushing me," as if it's not already obvious to anyone listening to the clip that her whole purpose in making this recording is to frame Depp for abuse. In that clip, Depp knows exactly what she's doing, just as he does in all the recordings of him. He knows she's recording him and he knows exactly what she's fishing for. Trying to provoke a rise out of him. Once she realizes he's not gonna bite, she switches to audio-only recordings. That way he doesn't need to _actually_ lash out at her, all she needs is to record herself acting like she's being abused. But Depp immediately responds "I'm not pushing you." And of course he does. Her saying "stop pushing me" when he's not pushing her is such a dead giveaway that she's recording him. Why else would she say something so nonsensical? So he immediately realizes she's recording him. Doesn't know where her phone is, but knows somewhere there's a recording device. So he says "I have to go, I want you to just go take your medicine or whatever, I'm sorry that I've upset you this much." And in like, a split-second, she realizes he's outmaneuvered her, and her whole behavior instantly changes. Like she switches from having some kind of histrionic breakdown to having a dissociative episode. She instantly stops hyperventilating and screaming and just blankly says "I'm ready go go" and goes. So either the whole thing was an act or she's just _that_ fucked up, that she has split-second personality/identity transitions triggered by nothing more than the realization that her hoax tactics aren't going to work. When it looks like she might be able to control someone by creating some kind of leverage, some fake evidence that they've abused her, her psychopathic histrionic/BPD personality comes out. And when it looks like the people around are wise to her act, her bipolar dissociative personality comes out. Which, lo and behold, is EXACTLY the behavioral dynamic we see from her in the courtroom. Most of the time, when she's just sitting at the bench, she's cool as a cucumber, completely disengaged from her surroundings. Her only deviations from that smug robotic baseline involve occasionally scoffing, sneering, and laughing at witness testimony. But when she's on the stand? She's instantly back in psychopathic histrionic mode. Hyperventilating, clenching every muscle in her body as she strains and struggles to make herself cry. Completely different personality, like night and day. And despite the fact that she's shown us 2 very clear, distinct personalities... neither of them comes off as even slightly authentic. They somehow both come off as contrived performances. You get the sense that this person doesn't even have an actual personality. Like she might not even be a real organic human lol. Just a hollow shell, a virus in the shape of a human whose only directive is to harvest people, and whose only meaningful skill is a weak ability to superficially mimic actual persons. I mean, does anyone have a genuine impression of how she might behave when no one's around? Does anyone feel like they know anything true about Amber's actual personality? I have to say, I honestly get the impression that, when AH is alone, she doesn't "behave" in any particular way at all. I fully expect her to behave like a fucking minecraft NPC when nobody's looking. Wouldn't be surprised to learn that she stares blankly at walls in her free time. Even her drug abuse is unbelievable. Her primary motive for abusing drugs seems to be to impress her pathetic lowlife friends. In short, I think she basically has the mind of an evil robot.

My dad had to deal with a similar situation to this with his ex wife. She abused him throughout their entire 20 year relationship, and cheated on him repeatedly with friends of his. And then when they divorced she told everyone that he beat her, and when it got taken to court she said it there too. And she won, because she was a woman who should’ve been an actress. Who unlike amber could fake cry like a pro, and the judge sided with her. So basically, I feel like I have an almost personal hatred for amber and people like her. My dads ex ruined his reputation and life, and now amber is trying to do the same to Johnny. And it makes me mad.

Depending on your age you blame yourself a bit, too. As his daughter I felt I should have stepped in more. There’s nothing harder to step into than a marriage where one spouse is isolated and abused. Because I saw through her? I was always the enemy. Bc I’m a female. And bc I look like my mother, and my father. A constant reminder my father wasn’t born in some factory and pressed like a doll for her, but rather had a life and love prior. Knowing what I do of these personalities? I can bet the farm I don’t have that AH resented JDs children and his former partner. Lovely as they all seem to be, I’m sure the peacefulness of them all bothered her. A woman like AH is always building towards chaos. I feel real fear for her little girl who is-I’m sure now-an accessory and way to attend to not go to jail I hope you and your dad have healed. Amber's testimony was just another acting job and everytime the attorney''s objected, Amber heard "cut" and scene. Then she'd look down do some exaggerated breaths, then it's back to the tearless crying again. It was weird, made her look fake, and made people uncomfortable. Now she is trying to have the verdict thrown out and that is a slap in the face for everyone that gave up 6-7 weeks of their life for this trial. I wish I could give him a firm handshake or a hug not as a fan but as another human being showing him respect and honor. From all of this negativity, Johnny gain more love than ever because of the exposure of his personal demons, the struggles and experiences with this horrid woman and the shame he went through. We love you, Johnny.

Once her daughter gets old enough, the jealosy will be tremendous and horrible. If her daughter is well liked, pretty, or intelligent in any capacity Amber will see her as a (imagined) threat, and try to push her down, gaslight and belittle her, full Mother Gothel style. In my experience, There is nothing more confusing or hurtful than your mother turning against you for little to no reason, and that unfortunately is her daughter's future as she'll be forced to bear Amber's many insecurities. Amber cannot take criticism or self responsibility in any capacity and will emotionally damage her child.

In the first place, she should not have accepted to do legal services for Ms Heard if she knew she was the guilty one. And in the process of court proceedings she should have confirmed that and should have backed out. "A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches and loving favor than silver and gold ". Some are saying it doesn’t matter whether Johnny wins or not, but I honestly want Johnny Depp to win this case. Justice must be served for all the victims out there, female or male. If she isn’t charged with perjury after all she has lied about that could literally ruin many people lives. I will further lose faith in the judicial system. Amber isn't somebody you can call a murderer but she's as bad as those. @Sandy Wynne Maybe most people don’t know about it. However, I feel the same way about the Drake Bell trial, people only pick the parts that suit them. They ignore the fact that the girl’s own family called her a liar, the cut of the video part were the lawyer exposes all the holes/lies in her story. The only thing Drake admitted to was that he should have asked her age before he even chatted with her, and when he found out he stopped. People still haven’t told the whole story, except 1 small KZbinr. Because people only want to hear certain stories sometimes. Drake Bell being a child abuser is more entertaining for them.

Aside from his substance issues, JD truly seems to be a very kind, compassionate, and caring man. JD and his team have EASILY provided overwhelming and irrefutable evidence that AH made up all of the outlandish claims she made. If the jury can’t see that, I swear I will lose faith in our justice system 😅. AH’s only rebuttal to every single testimony is that EVERYONE else is lying. Every single person. Even though SHE has been caught time and time again LYING under oath. Absolutely blows my mind… The jury had better get it right. Ngl though I will miss watching this case 😆
@tracerau74242 жыл бұрын
Honestly for me it feels like the whole substance issues might have been a coping mechanism directly caused by AH's abuse. I mean... if that was MY wife I'd probably take to drink and drugs myself... or maybe worse. I'd just want to escape from the whole thing. Seriously - big respect to Johny, he has shown a level of mental and spiritual resilience I can only hope I have.
@IDestroyStuff2 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately - (and let me say this up front. I 100% agree with you, what Amber did was fucked up. I'm all in favor of JD.) This case isn't about who did what for abuse. This trial is *purely* on the "Did AH write the 2018 Op-ed with "Actual Malice" in an attempt to harm JD in the public eye.?" The Op-ed refers to a time line where a person can easily infer she's talking about her time spent with JD, but he is not directly named in any capacity. As far as the law is concerned, the jury has to decide that she did write that with intentionality to harm his career. A difficult task to say the least. I'd wager it's something like 60/40 or 70/30 odds he gets the verdict in his favor going off that alone. Now, that said, JD wasn't allowed to say things from his side, so EVEN IF HE LOSES the trial/case, he got his version out. He got his testimony out, his witness support, the public got to see HIS SIDE. Something he didn't get 6 years ago. He got his peace, even if he "loses" on the record, I think what his primary goal is was getting that out.
