This guy was lying lol. He sat there and testified in his tweet that he was with them all night long. But if you listen to his testimony he said he only spent about 45 minutes with Amber and Johnny and he was in the house when they were at the campfire. Lol he saw clips of the trial on Twitter. I’m Surprised that they even let him testify but honestly it probably was good for amber team. Because his story had holes.

My thing is why when Johnny's lawyers were questioning the Hicksville manager, they couldn't ask him "did you ever see johnny twist anyone's arm, or see johnny get physical" it got objected to as leading. Yet Amber's lawyers were allowed to ask him if he ever saw johnny twist anyone's arm and ask how many pounds of pressure it took to break it...but that wasn't leading. He wasn't allowed to saw his innkeeper called him about the trailer being a wreck....but rocky talked about amber supposedly getting texts many of times...yet that wasn't hearsay. I noticed a lot of this throughout the trial.

Yes, I think he is the only who is looking at the lawyer when answering her questions. He had to be asked to respond to the jury. He does seem very genuine and a credible witness. I can't wait for the judgement and compare it to the U.K. one. Judge Nicol's son worked at Talk Radio with Dan Wootton who wrote the hit piece for the Sun Newspaper .He didn't recuse himself from the case which is quite astonishing.

Star witness! Just an honest everyday guy who wants to do the right thing. I hate how Amber’s lawyers treated him, using laws and legal languages to try to shut him up and in a way bully him. I think it’s because Amber made the trailer incident such a big thing in her testimony (involving r*pe) and they got scared of the witness’ story so they want to object him to death to shut him up. But they can’t stop the truth coming out of him. Gotta love how he backed up That Umbrella Guy the fact he corrected Elaine’s ‘The Umbrella man’ was hilarious! Honestly Elaine either doesn’t respect people at all (hence getting their names wrong) or have really really short-term memory 🤣

Especially, when being brutally asked about what he & Camille's conversation on the night before his testimony, when Mr. Ben Chew would like for objection of attorneys work, Camille herself signed him NOT neccessarily to do that 😀 And I observed many more JD's testimoniers usually NOT HESITATE to testify or they confused for sometime by AH's lawyers' speechifying unclear questions. Especially, JD's lawyers' questions are straight to the point, but those make AH's testimoniers still hardly answer, they eventhough answered NOT to JD's lawyers' questions , even with AH 😀;-D That leads me to ONE CONCLUSION : AH & her team have NOTHING to prove because of there's simply NOTHING exists on AH's accusation against JD, but LIES 😀

Someone who is a victim in a fight where there was property damage would not be smiling like this it’s very creepy and I don’t think she realized how her face looked in this moment. JD’s witnesses come across as dignified & authentic. There’s no mud slinging just pure class from both these 2 witnesses. Mr Knight seemed very genuine & truthful & Dr Shaw is a truly class act. In comparison, Amber’s witnesses seem crass & unreliable. It’s fascinating how the witnesses are reflecting the people for whom they’re giving testimony. Knight & Shaw were likeable & very credible. Frankly, I wouldn’t go near any of the “experts” testifying on Heard’s behalf!

My goodness, this psychiatrist is a very gentle man. I have panic disorder and terrible anxiety, I would be so grateful to have a doctor like him to treat me. Just listening to him for a few minutes has great calming effects.

the most genuine part about his testimony is the fact that he admitted to not being a Johnny Depp fan but still testified in his defense. And you can tell his observation of the Hicksville incident was a true observation and not one to intentionally smear someone's name in the ground like other witnesses have done.

It's difficult for any lawyer to find during a trial that your client has lied about everything. The lawyer is bound to do his/her best to defend the paying client. However a lawyer also has a reputation to retain and uphold so it puts the lawyer in a difficult position.

Definitely what I've thought. And I observed many more JD's testimoniers usually NOT HESITATE to testify or they confused for sometime by AH's lawyers' speechifying unclear questions. Especially, JD's lawyers' questions are straight to the point, but those make AH's testimoniers still hardly answer, they eventhough answered NOT to JD's lawyers' questions , even with AH 😀;-D That leads me to ONE CONCLUSION : AH & her team have NOTHING to prove because of there's simply NOTHING exists on AH's accusation against JD, but LIES 😀

Depp's expert psychiatrist in this video is an elite psychiatrist and what he is saying is just the facts. He's like an A++ psychiatrist whereas Dr. Spiegel sounds like he got his license out of a crackerjack box :S AH's entire list of 'witnesses' (all former friends of hers who can/were bribed, IMO) was like watching a circus. JD's side and legal team are like the Dream Team, 'perfect' examples of how professional experts and witnesses should be, to be believable - because the are! Justice for Johnny!

Me too! I was actually disappointed when the judge didn’t let him continue (understandable for the purpose of the trial) because he was so competent and compelling in describing the system, the tests etc. and I just wanted to find out more. I’m sure he could write a thesis about all the issues and situations that went wrong with that man yesterday (I can’t bring myself to call him a doctor) but he is too professional to bring out every ridiculous thing in court.

They way they should all behave under oath…..we have seen a collection of dishonest characters. It is a shame that Ms. Heard’s lawyers have about as much class as her. Sad.

Idk why but when he said “I think it’s pronounced Jeralyn,” I laughed out loud. It was such a simple and unimportant detail, but it was funny to me. But it did indicate he wanted to get the facts straight.

Amber's attorney is fishing for anything she can. She's horrible asking the same question but in a different way, to try and get the witness to slip up and say something.

In reference to AH smirking when the trailer palace man was testifying; Funny how vicious she can turn when confronted by a mild, meek and gentle man who just wants to tell the truth . Shows how arrogant she is and how easy it would be for her to attack him -even if just verbally. Makes one reflect on her testimony of how she was "afraid" of JD. Can't you just imagine her with that same "chin up" defiance when "running from JD? What a joke!

One of my problem's with Amber is how she always talked about Johnny's drug use when she herself had a drug problem she said she used cocaine and her sister that set on the witness stand and all the drugs that they say Johnny supposed to have been doing. They chose not to mention that they did drugs also. How convenient!!!
