You don't get stabbed with a broken bottle, especially in the vagina, and just sleep it off with some pills. I have two big scars from accidents after falling down on broken glass as a kid. Thirty years later and I can show the scars from an accident. You don't get cut by glass and just sleep it off. The damage leaves an indelible mark on your skin. I could show anyone what happened and tell them thirty years later. Where are the scars, Amber? Where are the medical records from getting stitched up? Who was the plastic surgeon?

@@petnaby Yeah it does. I was in the mountains of New Mexico doing some cliff diving and stepped directly onto a clear 1.5” glass shard that was stuck in the sand bank. It went into the sole of my foot like a hot knife through butter which produced quite a lot of blood. This happened 20 years ago and I can still see the scar. If she had been cut as badly as she claimed there would have been blood everywhere.

I’ve worked with and had intimate conversations with women recounting violent traumatic abuse. More often than not they explain the abuse from a disconnected place, almost like it happened to someone else. Emotion, if any, is usually stopped by the person speaking about it due to feelings of insecurity and judgment. This was a performance for the jury and the world.

Yes. There was a time when I would cry about what happened to me. But, very rarely. But, I also wouldn’t be trying to work up tears. I would just tell it to u like I was telling u any other story. But, I have dealt with it. So, maybe that’s why. But, no. I don’t believe 99.9% of what she says. Only thing I believe is Johnny being belligerent vocally. She seems like someone who would love to get a rise out of someone and would constantly be pushing buttons.

She grew up with a violent father with drinking issues, and she in some psychological way put my father in my grandfathers place. I did not understand that as a child, but as a grown man i do. I once got a superficial cut in my vagina and that hurt so bad. I went to the doctor because I felt like it was about to either fall out or explode. There is no way in hell she got raped by a bottle and just took a sleeping pill. At this point no one should believe a word she says ever again.

@@karenvincent5202 The space for the jury is to her right with the row of seats starting about where her seat is. Depp is directly in front of where she is sitting. So every time she is looking to her right she is looking at the jury. When looking straight ahead she is looking at Depp and when she is looking at her lawyer questioning her she is looking slightly to the left of center. You can get a better idea of the layout of the court room by looking at the end of the court day because the camera follows Depp as he leaves through the door behind the witness stand.

For anyone that goes through a traumatic experience either you remember crazy details or your brain trys to cope and you don't remember most or any of it. So the fact she goes into specifics about being pinned, punched, choked, thrown, threatened by sharp objects and verbally abused, but then she can't recall how all of it transitioned for each instance to the next is suspicious at best, a total fabrication at worst. Given I just watched probably one of the worst acting jobs I've ever seen I'm inclined to believe the latter.

The lack of physical evidence of her injuries, which would have been significant, certainly enough to require hospitalisation and many stiches as a result of repeatedly stepping and falling on broken glass, are utterly fatal for her version of events. There is no physical evidence and no witness testimony that is consistent with her version of events.

I accidentally cut right down the length of my little finger several years ago while making a cleaver, it was quite a clean cut and did not require stitches. I can still very clearly see the scar from that cut. If her arms and feet were cut by glass, the scars would still be visible. You could even use a UV light to see them if they were too faint to be seen with the naked eye.

if cross exam fails getting it all removed then their really showing how shitty they are. There is only Johnny's medical reports during the Australian trip and nothing from Amber, that alone get's all of that removed because she would need medical treatment and the ambulance drivers would still have to write one and file it as they'd have to use medical tools like gauze and bandages.

I feel embarrassed and sick. Watching her is becoming uncomfortable. So he alleged sexually assulted her with a bottled and when she finally gets away, which she cant remember how, rather then checking her cooch for internal injuries, or her body, head, feet, arms or legs from cuts (lets all not forget she stated was slammed from one end of the bar to the other apparently all whilst slipping on broken glass) she downs a couple of sleeping pills, and goes to bed. She needs to be imprisoned. She hasn't explained any injuries she sustained that night in that whole act she was putting on.

I’ve worked with someone around 2017 who was his personal dresser on one of his movies and he told me that JD was his favourite actor to work with by far. Very respectful to crew. Just a very nice guy. No attitude, no arrogance, nice through and through. He didn’t believe that JD was violent, or could have done anything he was accused of. I’m so glad that the truth finally comes to light.

After going thru my own dv situation, its weird the details she remembers, I couldn't tell you what I was wearing when it happened. People who are abusive like this don't just do it to one person, I found out later the person I was with had done it to women before me, did it to the very next girl after me. My dad went on to do the same thing to my stepmom, she stayed with him, I'll never understand that.

The voice recordings of their fighting say the total opposite of what she's saying. She also admitted in that recording that she started the physical altercation and that Johnny was the one that always splits when a fight started. In her testimony today she says she's the one that always tries to leave.

Those are "subject to interpretation" (which will be EXTRA CHARITABLE for AH supporters), but there is an easier and OBJECTIVE WAY to PROVE who is lying: *SIMULATE THE CUTTING OFF OF A FINGER .... and compare it with the SMASHED BONES which should be discernible on the X-rays/in the medical reports!* AH seems to NEVER have seen CSI ... just use ballistics gel + chicken bone (or whatever is appropriate) and have at it.

Even though they both clearly acted extra, the difference between Johnny's testimony and Amber's is that atleast Johnny admitted he has issues with substance abuse and does talk weird. It made him seem more believable, like why would he admit to all his faults but adamantly deny the abuse and provide evidence backing up his point of view. Amber on the other hand is making Johnny out to be Satan himself basically, and like she's some innocent flower girl, especially when she acted like she had never experienced an actor being late on set, and saying "in this line of work, being late is just something you don't do". Lmao, it's Hollywood, actors and even producers are late all the time. She seems so exaggerated that it's not believable

If his wrist didn't break on the first punch, his fist certainly would have been destroyed by the second at most. The real world has consequences. In the real world, you punch a wall, the wall does not move, the wall will laugh, your hand will die, you will cry.

I use to work as a nurse at a unit that received pts who experienced trauma and her description of her attack should have knocked her out. I mean coma if not fractures everywhere and possibly internal bleeding that would be fatal.

@@Songbirdstress unfortunately I’ve also had personal experience in her industry and Lol I wish she can use it as her excuse but if she wanted to go down that route, an actress as an excuse, even a child actress can cry 😢 it really doesn’t take force you just have to find a sad emotion from memory or experience. The tears don’t come out of your nose but you can wonder if it’s CSF 😂

@@CC-un3oc No, not the crying, the cartoon violence. She is portraying what happens in films, as she has no experience of it. And the most dangerous scenes are done by stunt people. I don't think she can cry because of the narcissism.
