Johnny Depp's Lawyer Grills Amber Heard on Late-Night Visit from James Franco

During the cross-examination of Amber Heard on Tuesday, a video was played for the court showing James Franco arriving at Heard's penthouse while Johnny Depp was out of town. Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez asked Heard if she felt comfortable bringing Franco over because she changed the locks, insinuating that Depp couldn't get in the penthouse.

AH team knows that those men probably will fall in love with her eyes and her giving them attention that they'll side with her when the decision comes. Men are easily manipulated by a pretty face. AH will not lose this case. Some of those men will side with her even if they know she's wrong and lying. They just show up to court to be looked at by a celebrity and then go home and beat their meat to her. You really think those men on the jury are educated and respectable men? They're randoms from the streets lmao.

It's a protective thing. The idea of being wrong is so traumatic to them that they desperately need to believe what they tell themselves. It's what makes the conditions so absolutely terrifying in a relationship. You can show them evidence of what they said and they'll either refuse to acknowledge it or they'll attack you. For anyone reading this please keep in mind I'm talking about untreated BPD. With a ton of effort and constant therapy with a specialist once a week you can become very functional and can even have a healthy relationship. Most lawyers coach their clients to look at the jury. Most people feel attacked in court and get aggressive with opposing counsel. Camille pointing it out is a cheap shot. It’s a borderline custom.

Not something new, politician's do this everytime someone asks them a question. Ask a politician how long a 30 cm ruler is. You'll get an answer something like this: " I cannot confirm how long a 30 cm ruler is, that would require me to do various tasks that I am unable to do at this current time, I will get back to you on a later date to discuss this matter".
