@@f.horstmann8447 see its not exactly accurate. Without going too far into detail, trauma on its own cannot cause bpd. It's often a combination of factors. It's more twisting of words. Trauma alone? No. Trauma mixed WITH other stuff? Yes. You always need to be careful with how you word things

Do not back them in a corner do not word play a person who's job is to listen to every single word someone says and then dissect what was said to them with a neuteral look on there face. Honestly, I thought that was ridiculous. I went to a couple job interviews, and even the worst places offered me some water to drink. I'm talking about minimal wage jobs, retail. On another interview for a better job, I was offered a cup of coffee. It's pretty common to offer something relatively small on job interviews. What that small thing is depends on the people involved and the job itself. I don't see anything odd about that small thing being a dinner when it's a high-profile celebrity with plenty of money to spend that's trying to hire a professional with 15 years of experience for an important and personal job. It's nice of JD, but also seems pretty normal given the circumstances.

I think what makes it funnier is that at one point when Dr. Curry says that what the lawyer said is incorrect, she replies with something along the lines of "that's how YOU understood/saw it" implying that Dr. Curry is wrong in what she thinks, therefore, she, the lawyer, is correct, even though Dr. Curry says that she's incorrect. And then she follows up with this. Even though it's a clear speculation and people object, she thinks she should be able to ask it because she doesn't think it's speculation. So on one hand, what Dr. Curry thinks is insignificant and shouldn't be taken seriously because she just thinks wrong, but what the lawyer thinks should be accepted and taken seriously because that's what she thinks. I was diagnosed with BPD and it took me like 5 years and seeing different specialists and therapists to finally get a right diagnosis and appropriate therapy.

In the defense of Heard's team, they knew they had an insane case to try to take on. Without saying whether or not they should even have taken it, they had to stretch hard to even try to mount a defense for that client. They were going to look insane trying to stretch that hard. However, they were really bad at trying to take statements out of context, which all lawyers do.

Elaine sure sounds like an angry person. She's also very condescending. Later on, one of Heard's male attorney sounded so mad over another person that his voice was shaking. I'd like to say "shaking with rage" but I don't want Heard's team to berate me when I'm not even in this trial. Lol!

I can't see why if they knew all these, they couldn't settle and let her issue an apology at a press confress to set the record straight. After, the issues as a result of loosing the UK trial, Depp and his team might have refused though. They settled with her for the divorce, signed a NDA, she couldn't let go

This attorney is just hilariously terrible at this. While supposedly being one of the better defense attorneys, lol. The whole AH defense team is just horrendous and laughable. Hope they never are able to get a client ever again, as that's what is deserved for even siding with Mrs Turd.
