I have noticed one thing. Amber's fans have a real appreciation of her as an artist and human being. Usually when I see other kpop idols interviews like this which e very rare or any of their videos its more of thrist comments or like "my sexy husband or wife" but with her it's always upmost respect and diligence. I am not disrespecting other fandoms or what but its just I have noticed Amber really puts out music that one relates to and can sing along. Plus she stands up fr things that r utterly wrong and I have not seen that heppening in a while.

But Amber said before that they want to get together again. They all love their individual stuff, but they also loved being in the group. I hope they can continue being happy with their individual careers but use that as a way to keep f(x) alive & evolving too. During the last few years, Amber & Luna have been occasionally performing f(x) songs as a duo at events, not just doing their unofficial subunit Lunber songs. On an instagram vid that Amber, Luna & Krystal did for their 8th anniversary, Amber said they would "be f(x)" until they were 100. Of course, I don't take that literally, but I gathered that she meant that they have it in mind that f(x) won't disband even though they aren't performing together as a group now. Later, Amber said they were working together long distance to try to coordinate their schedules & new songs for a comeback for their 10th anniversary. Maybe the political situation will calm down soon enough that Vic can leave China to join them & make that happen.

I had the pleasure of meeting Amber in December on her Gone Rogue tour. She's honestly one of the most genuinely sweet and lovely people I've ever met. Every fan that would come up to her at the meet and greet she would greet with such excitement as if they were old friends. The way she greeted the guy in the bubble tea shop? That's how she greeted each of us. It seemed like she was as excited to meet us as we were to meet her. And when a fan would walk away she would often watch them as if she wanted to pull them back and talk some more. Heck, when I started to walk away she reached out to me saying she wanted another hug after I told her how her song White Noise helped get me through a really rough time in my life (I was one of the lucky fans who got to hear that song in May at her fanmeet in Toronto). She's such a genuine person, and I'm glad I have someone in my life like that to look up to and to go through life with. I love you Amber!

I’m not Asia American, but I’ve always noticed discrimination against Asian artists in America. I’m so happy to see America opening up to Asian musicians appearing in mainstream media. I don't think so. Most Asian bands just aren't in the media spotlight but it doesn't mean there's discrimination. L'Arc~en~Ciel and One OK Rock regularly sells out venues like Madison Square Garden in the US when they tour. There's obviously a market, most people just don't hear about it.

I'll admit I was never obsessed with f(x)'s music, but Amber herself is such a role model for me. She seems like she could be friends with anyone, like she gets along with people well. I have never heard of her or f(x) before at all. I actually found one of her videos on her channel where she was looking for her chest. She was so charismatic and funny that I subscribed.
