Amber: I am trying to do low, low carb. Also Amber: here is my grocery hall with spaghetti pasta, ravioli bites, premade frozen meals, and chips! 😂 Amber in last video: It is only by my sheer willpower that I have been able to lose weight! Semiglutide is barely doing anything Amber in this video: I am not upping my dose of semiglutide and now I am going to gain weight again! (What happened to all that willpower Amber? Lol. There was only 2 days between the videos. And in those 2 days- she totally changed her tune. This is why we get to frustrated with her. She is exhausting)

well stated! then she wonders why people get so fed up, no pun intended, with her. she also did the whole “i have big, exciting news that i can’t tell you about right now” last night. today she said “i was gonna tell you guys the news but i decided not to” thing yet again! it’s exhausting. also, i was on the lowest dose of wegovy the entire time. your body in no way builds a tolerance to it in a month. it’s psychosomatic for her. she also expects the meds to do all of the work, when in reality she needs extensive therapy and longterm inpatient treatment for her food addiction. how many times can she fail before she figures that out?! we have been telling her that for 11 years!

I think that Amber, at 500+ elbees, losing 2 pounds a week (if that) ON OZEMPIC, telling that she doesn't over indulge, is the best joke I've heard all year

I used to be obsessed with crisps (potato chips in the US) I can now eat a small individual pack with a sandwich or small sub for lunch. I used to buy multi-packs and eat 8 or more packs at at time. I stopped that by only buying an individual pack or two at a time. I absolutely CANNOT buy a multi-pack and not eat 8 packs at a go. I may be able to do that in the future, but right now I cannot have my binge/trigger foods in bulk in the house. Amber is not taking this seriously and is not wanting the semaglutide to work because then she could not binge on the things she really wants to

I was watching a retro reaction to her Krystal era and she said "I'm at 400 subscribers, which is close to 500 subscribers, which is almost halfway to 1k" and it made me realize this is her mindset with weight too. She cannot succeed bc shes always thinking that way 😂 Also my guess is the med spa is trying to get her health insurance to pay, thats the big news she can't talk about. I mean assuming its not all lahs.

I’m confused with her time line. Coincidently, she started her Semiglutide the same day I started tirzepatide. I did 4 weeks at .025 then upped to .5. She says she upped her dose June 22nd which is the same day I did, so I can’t see that she did a week where she didn’t up her dose. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ She’s done her injections the exact same as me but yet told us she couldn’t increase her dose last week. Her stories and timelines just never make sense. AND there suspiciously has NOT been a weigh in for awhile.

I’m an RN, ozempic is not the best drug. It can cause bowel obstruction, meaning one does not poop for many days. Not pooping is so unhealthy, poop is poison in your bowels. Have seen people in the ER come in doubled in pain because they have not pooped in days. Sometimes we are asked by the doctor to hang a bag saline and electrolytes to help the patient go…and go, and go. There are also oral meds used, some patients refuse oral meds because they can’t stand the thought of swallowing anything. Enemas are used, as well as being taken up to the surgery floor so a surgeon can remove the impacted bowel. When they come to the usually say never again, toss that shit out to whoever is with them. I am NOT saying this happens to everyone, I don’t know, but the few nights this past month working in the ER , I’ve seen it every time I’m working. Coincidence? I don’t know. 🤷‍♀️ I t seems like an easy drug to get, online, in a med spa, at bariatric doctors, and I’ve talked to a patient who’s family doctor rx’ed it to her. In my opinion,try to eat mostly protein, a little carbs, a more veggies. Myself, I don’t need it, if I did , I would talk to my family doctor, not a med spa, and certainly not online. This is just my opinion as a RN.

She could be having some kind of procedure where she may have to skip a week. I learned recently that if you are having a surgery they don't want you to have just taken your dose of ozempic for at least a week. Since it could cause you to puke while under for surgery. So they may not want her to up her dose until after so she doesn't go up and then right back down.

Yep, but I just can't think of what procedure could be important enough right now for them to have to put her under at her size? unless it's maybe not a surgery, but some kind of procedure like a scope (endoscopy, etc) where it's not surgery, but you still get sedated with meds and that can compromise an airway.

I think that the only way she would actually ever have the potential of getting better if she was doing some kind of inpatient therapy because she literally is one of those those people that just genuinely cannot help herself, emotionally stunted, and has zero self discipline or self initiative

This is like the WLS arc a while back. This was before the one with wifey. She was given a list of foods she can have for pre surgery diet. She close the moT sodium filled items on that list and than bad mouthed the surgeon by saying he was making her eat over 4000 sodium (her words. Because grams and milligrams are nothing to her). She is constantly choosing the most sodium filled snacks and than complains that her lipedema ans lymphodema are flaring. 🤦‍♀️ but it's not her fault. Nothing is ever her fault. Which is why she wont ever grow or get healthy. She refuses to put actual hard work and sacrifices to get healthy.

Estrogen is retained in body fat...she doesn't need prescription estrogen.

True. I also think the doesnt reay are. messed up a myriad of her hormones likely are. Carrying that much excess weight, the horrid diet, it does that. (Also, they are learning so much more about adipose (fat) tissue, they know it releases a lot of estrogen, but they're learning about other hormones and stuff it may be actively releasing. Fat also holds onto some toxins so it can release those into your body too, (and some vitamins, etc) but that's moreso when you are losing weight and tapping into it so Amber's safe on that front!

That's one of his middle names. His first name is a very unique name, a german one. So I don't really use it online for privacy. But yes, I love that name.

She hasn't secured a gf yet. So she has to go through the motions of acting like she wants to change and be healthy and is able to be a good gf who can do things and be a productive part of a relationship. Once she has one on the hook, in the apartment, this'll all go away. Also, her weightloss/diet stuff is the only thing really bringing her in views aka paying her bills anymore.
