12:55 Delta 8 is a synthetic cannabinoid. They take a bunch of low quality outdoor CBD flower, use a bunch of harsh chemicals in a bucket and turn it into some weird Vaseline-like jelly. My friend works in a smoke shop and he's showed me videos of the process and it make me regret trying Delta 8. Keep in mind: Delta 8 is not to be confused with THCa. THCa is the abundant compound in cannabis, meanwhile the natural amount of Delta 9 THC is very low. While THCa itself isn't psychoactive, upon being heated up, the THCa turns into Delta 9 THC which is psychoactive. So, if you're planning on using THCa products in order to not fail a THC test, then get ready to fail the test because it changes to Delta 9 THC when heated. Also, if you ever see "THCa edibles," those wouldn't do anything as I previously mentioned how THCa isn't psychoactive until heated up. You'd have to decarboxylate THCa flower or concentrate, then make edibles out of that decarboxolated substance.
@e_i_e_i_bro13 сағат бұрын
Is it "spice"?!?! I hope not.
@Tocinos13 сағат бұрын
@@e_i_e_i_bro Nope. Delta 8 is synthetically derived from cannabis itself, whereas spice is created through chemical synthesis in order to mimic a cannabinoid. Although, you never really know what smoke shop workers are putting in those things. Fun fact: The early versions of spice weren't even really harmful until the government started regulating them, leading to the new synthetics being more dangerous each time.
@Tocinos13 сағат бұрын
@e_i_e_i_bro My comment explaining got flagged and removed, but nah, Delta 8 isn't spice. Delta 8 is synthesized from the plant itself meanwhile spice is chemically synthesized through other means.

Ozempic expires five weeks after opening. But even then it just suddenly stop working, it just losts some of it's potency. I don't think she just stopped taking it. Semaglutide doesn't work on all people, and even then a person can make unhealthy choices and force themselves to overeat.

ALR has almost everything she needs for weight loss except the mindset. She has accepted she's responsible for her weight gain. She knows what she needs to do in terms of diet and exercise. But none of that matters until she is ready to commit even on the bad days. Bad days happen but what sets apart others from her is that people who are truly determined will get back up, brush themselves off and know that one bad day is insignificant in the grand scheme of things. She needs to stop giving up when she gets hard. It's easy to give up when things get hard. Weight loss is not easy. Some people make it look easy but that's because none of us are seeing the behind the scene struggle. perseverance, self control, indomitable spirit - the keystones that comes with the commitment to achieve something difficult.

Once semaglutide is reconstituted it’s actually good for up to 60 days, that’s why they gave her two months worth. The issue is that they start you at such a low dose that whatever she was doing was of her own ability and not sssistance from the medication. It not working is bull. She lost 30 lbs in a month, how would she consider that not working? I’m guessing for someone of her size is that she’s going actually going to feel the impact until she gets to 1-1.7mg. Which is 3-4 months in.

It's crazy that when there finally is an actual working weightloss drug, people still aren't satisfied, because they think it works too slow (Well it will take months to rise the dosage but what does it matter if you are supposed to be on it indifinetily.) or because it takes away the satisfaction (As it's supposed to do.)

Having taken tirzepatide, I can 100% confirm that while the efficacy may decrease slightly after the 28 days, it’s minimal. They gave me full vials and you can bet I squeezed every last expensive drop out of them. I’m hoping to be able to have my next bottle be my last and taper off to stopping entirely. I’m young and if I put in the work to maintain healthy habits, I can stay in the healthy weight range I’ve settled into. That sh¡t is too expensive and it messes up my guts too bad for me to take it long term ETA also I was sick for like six weeks so I was super tired and eating like garbage, and I still managed to keep the weight off. In the interest of general health, you should still be exercising and eating well (you do lose muscle mass on GLP-1s if you don’t eat a ton of protein and work out), but in terms of numbers on the scale, GLP-1s are actually kind of a magic bullet. For regular stoners, I'm sure they can can probably tell it feels different. They also have these "copy" versions of hallucinogenics now and they're both sold at froo froo fancy shops for quite large mark-ups compared to street stuff. Still, cheaper than getting the "legit" weed in Illinois.

But this isn't ALR reality, she just packed it all in because she enjoys the food noise and constant feeding. She is a toddler.

Is it unhealthy to grab my belly fat, slowly and dramatically fall to the ground screaming like the wicked witch of the West every time I notice I've gained a little weight? I see lifestyle up keeping like a fun hobby so it feel like I lost a chess match everytime

The expiration on insulin is more of a suggestion. People with type 1 will keep taking it until it doesn’t work anymore. Why would you throw out insulin if it’s still working? Girl talks like a rich person!

I was today years old when I learned Oklahoma still only has legalized medical THC. That’s why she’s sm0king delta 8, it’s technically legal when THC isn’t.

At the time she said she was supposed to up the dose, said she wasn't going to, then later said she quit because it wasn't working. You have to make sure to remember every single thing she mentions off hand about it because she will retcon things and if you didn't remember every small detail, you might get tricked.

So she's taking medication to lose weight, but she's not a weight loss channel, but she keeps giving updates about her eating and losing weight. This is why I can't with her

Go back to 16:30 ish. There is a jumpcut. I think she is using a voice overlay and fooling us with her weight.
@hunnybee_10 сағат бұрын
the cut was just waiting out the weight being calculated. i don’t think she’d put in the effort to try to overlay any voiceover. plus, at this point, 470-500lbs doesn’t really make a difference when it comes to Amber.

@ that’s true, but if she was standing on the scale waiting for a reading, the camera placement wouldn’t have changed.

Do you think she forget to put those injections in the fridge? Somehow, I feel like taking it out of the vial isn't the critical piece, since it's still sealed in the vial and sealed in the syringe.

It sounds like she’s still doing a med spa thing. I’m on Wegovy and it’s heavily monitored by my doctor. She decides dose increases and it’s picked up at the pharmacy.

She weighed 467 in June then before her latest shot she was 517. That is 50lbs in 6 months not 40. She said she gained 17lbs in a video before she left to Wisconsin in September that means she weighed 484 before Wisconsin. She gained 33 lbs from September until now.

The half life of semaglutide is about 5 weeks. But idk why they gave her drawn dosages for 60 days. Like you said, don't get it from a spa.

Sometimes you need to eat food you don’t love. Eat to live, don’t live to eat. I meal prep for the week and eat it every day.

Delta 8 is a type of THC. It doesn't quite work/feel the same as the traditional THC you've probably heard about (Delta 9) but it still produces a high and causes munchies.

If she was getting nauseous that means it was still working, that's how it works- it makes you nauseous when you eat too much. She pushed through the nausea to stuff her face.

Well if she just googled it then the first answer does say this "Unopened compounded semaglutide lasts in the fridge until the expiration date shown on the vial. But after it's opened, compounded semaglutide only lasts in the fridge for 28 days. If you haven't used up all the medication after 28 days, throw it away and start a new vial."

All she would have had to do is call the med spa and ask. She wanted to stop using it.

These “compound pharmacies” that are offering all versions of weight loss meds are not FDA regulate. If they were…they would be handling dosage and issuing correctly.

I really hope Amber actually stays on the semiglutide (and hope she doesn't have a negative reaction). Unfortunately, I was one of the people who had substantial health damage from taking it, but I'm also nowhere close to her weight and had pre-existing conditions that meant my doctor shouldn't have even prescribed it (landed me in the ER twice for bleeding out of both ends 😮💨). So sufficient to say I personally don't think it's a medication that should be taken without consideration, but that consideration of who should be taking it definitely includes Amber. I honestly think she will stop, however, and I think I know what exact part of the medication that will do it. Basically, part of the med is that the body sometimes outright starts rejecting carbs, even in small portions. I had one time where I ate a small bowl of mac n cheese (think toddler bowl sized), and within 15 minutes I had thrown it up. If Amber eats even close to how she eats now, she will absolutely be fighting her body, and unfortunately we all know which side of the fight Amber would be on. I give it two months before she makes some kind of excuse as to why it wasn't "working", but I can absolutely guarantee the real reason will be because she can't eat the foods she enjoys anymore at all.

Also, yes she did it wrong earlier, and obviously did not get it through a reputable doctor. The way (at least the way I had been receiving them, prescribed by a weight specialist through who was a doctor in the hospital system I receive complex care through) was every month, I would receive a box of prefilled injection pens. They're kept in the fridge, I received them from the pharmacy, where it was also kept in the fridge. As far as I understand, Ozempic (when prescribed for diabetes) is also kept in the fridge as well. Was she keeping the meds in the proper condition? Did she do her research first to understand the medication, how it should be taken, etc.? Also... the munchies thing. The THC thing. I just gotta say, it's a person-issue, not a munchies issue. I use THC edibles to help with my disabilities, and if I know I'll get the munchies, I prep a big salad or a proper rounded meal for when it hits. Self control is absolutely possible, and her irresponsibly is not on the THC, it's on her. Fuck, sometimes I make a veggie platter; it's really fairly easy to control *what you're eating* if you choose to control it. With that said, I don't think she wants to practice self control, so quitting is reasonable enough to avoid doing the work.

Delta 8 (Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is essentially a lighter less potent form of THC versus the classic potency you would get from cannabis most people think of. Both THC, both come from cannabis, though d8 is not as strong and often referred to as "diet weed".
